What was last year’s average and median? I used to follow it religiously but not so much in recent years.

I hope you meant the median club rather than the median game, which would require a list of every game. The top clubs were farther away from the mean than the bottom clubs, which made the mean be above the median. It's like the mean salary for all Americans (it would be true within MLS also) is above the median because it's possible to make over $100,000 more than the mean, but it's impossible to make over $100,000 less than the mean because that would be negative.

Disagreeing with two of your predictions (Atlanta too low and Seattle to high), but they might offset each and get the same total amount you came up with. Why do you think Atlanta will only average 51k, they will have at least one more full capacity game this year. They will average more than 53k. and Seattle's should go down, most of the Hawks Nest will be trapped off and most of the season only three upper deck section will be open. Today with 7 upper deck sections and a trapped off Hawks Nest the attendance was 39,011. So for most of the games this year attendance will be 37,000-38,000. My prediction for 2019 is very close to yours, I'm thinking we will average 22,200 (9.057,600)
