Interesting. Lots of in-league moves at the deadline.
PHI sends David Accam to Columbus for TAM/GAM/Int'l roster spot
NYC sends Jonathan Lewis to Colorado for TAM/Int'l roster spot
Lalas Abubakar to Colorado on loan from Columbus

That Chicago story is a couple months old. There is a thread on the topic in the MLS News & Analysis forum.

The story itself is old, but as noted this is reporting on top of what's already out there.

Toronto also set a record last night by taking 35 shots yet failing to score.

Bah! That's nothing! We played games where we didn't take any shots and didn't score!

Forget which game it was in the EPL this season, but someone won a game 2-1 with 0 shots on goal. Both own goals.

Yes, but they paid $500K, plus an international slot, to get him, and that was only a week earlier.

I'm not sure if you've been following the GAM and TAM trading across the league, especially by expansion teams - but this really isn't a lot.

would make sense as they have no good left back other than a dude on loan from FC Dallas.

they already played (and beat) us twice and we don't play them the rest of the season, but now they'll be that much easier for the rest of the East to get points off of. Bad for us.
