I don't know how unexpected it is being that Dallas is also in the photo, but are you hinting at Caroline's presence?
Deyna was in it, but that was not surprising as all indicators have been she was coming back for her senior year for a while now.
I'm guessing CJ (was she there?), but as has been pointed out I'm sure there were several departing seniors there. Was there a transfer there?
Nothing shocking or surprising in the photos, most students in their fourth year do not graduate in December, so some of the seniors probably have a semester or two left.
Thanks! She really made good progress between year one and year two. Can't wait to see what year three brings.
Her interview will come out very soon, it took me a while to transcribe it as I was busy covering France v USA last week-end.
I know TDS is not well respected, but we are not even in the top 25 for incoming class recruiting. I'm a little nervous, but I'm going to trust Mark on this one.
Florida State has had some truly great years including last year, but over time they've been a little up and down (relatively speaking, since they've consistently had really good teams during Krikorian's tenure -- average rank in the 7 to 8 area over the last 12 years). So, if they were to be a little down in the rankings next year, it shouldn't be a big surprise.
Just based on past history, I expect a surprised international (not Nesbeth we know about her) recruit to be revealed in August!
Guess who is back? Welcome back, @megcam10! 💙🔵 #mancity pic.twitter.com/0WB1qFMK0H— Man City Women (@ManCityWomen) February 2, 2019
Abbey Newton, midfielder, has transferred from LSU to Florida State. She is from greater Jacksonville, Fl and played at the powerhouse St. Johns Country Day School, coach by Carson Picketts dad.
Will she be available immediately? Played with Pavlisko! Sounds like a good addition as she was the Florida Soccer POTY her last year. Better than Pav? Where did you pick this up?
https://www.tallahassee.com/story/s...-recruiting-seminoles-college-cup/2699510002/ Democrat article. Now, who and how many GKers are brought in? Or does CJ choose to come back?
I heard in an audio interview with "6 Yard Box" (I think), that CJ said no to coming back because her ankles were shot. EDIT - Here is the link https://6ydbox.com/caroline-jeffers-of-the-florida-state-seminoles/
Thanks for the info. There is no way Mark goes into next season with just one scholly GKer, especially, now with Brooke's injury history in the shoulder.
