Bento had 5 full days to figure out NOT to use LY and JWY but he kept to his old ways. Likewise, if JHS wasn't banned from KFA he would've started him too. Sack this stubborn fool please.

The uncalled penalty which I pointed out a few pages back was also acknowledged by the AFC during the VAR meeting. Fck you AFC and fck you incompetent Japanese refs.

 

Because of this turd ref, Korea had to play 120 minutes.

 

I thought the field ref was OK. He was fair. If there was VAR, I feel confident the Bahrain goal would have been disallowed.

it was 1 mistake, and i didn't suspect off-side when i was watching it in real time. the ref aside from that mistake was fine; there weren't any atrocious calls.

he's japanese, and you have this notion that this ref is out to fk us. stop it.

 

Was it a bad call? Yes. Did it waste our player's time and energy? Yes. Was it politically motivated? A stretch...

Yeah Ryuji Sato isn't a bad ref. I'd rather have him ref our matches rather than a ref from other AFC countries unless it's Alireza Faghani from Iran. Probably two of the better refs from AFC.

By the way the two VAR refs brought in for this Asian Cup are Paolo Vieri from Italy and Danny Makkelie from Netherlands

 

nishimura and irmatov were referees i used to think were fair but both became completely shit. havent even seen nishimura in the international scene since the world cup disaster

 

I thought Irmatov was the best in the AFC

 

If they decided to bring European VAR refs... why not just use European refs for everything..? lol

That was my impression, and I think it's one that's held outside the AFC as well. Just hope he doesn't have a grudge against us for all the times we knocked out his country..lol
