It was in the game against Brescia when Bani was injured. I watched few minutes of the match before going to a meeting. Yes, he is doing, albeit he has to develop his communication with other CB.
According to Sofascore.com, he is rated as the 2nd best player of his team in today's match, though I don't how that website based their ratings on.
He has some heavy responsibilities on the second goal, and the coach even subbed him out for another defender. Also was beaten by Kucka in the box, and that was almost another goal.
Not easy to track both the ball holder and the player running in his back at the same time, I wouldn't say he has any heavy responsibility in the goal, it's just the result of the play's circumstances. And yeah he waa beaten once in the air. It happens. In the meantime, many good interceptions, good positioning, he handled his opponent correctly and his passes were excellent.
I guess we'll have to disagree, not easy ≠ not at fault. He made the wrong choice with the wrong timing in that instance and ultimately it costed.. I don't really care too much about the press notes, but I'd be very surprised to see any very positive mark for him tomorrow. Anyway, a learning experience.
Not at fault either. If there's a fault, it's the black guy at the start (Denswil ?) who overcomitted and got eliminated too quickly. Otherwise football is just a succession of mistakes.
Wtf are you talking about....? The substitution was requested by Tomiyasu himself, not the manager because of a minor muscle problem. Gazzetta gave him an above average rating (6.5). Please do some research before posting nonsense.
I watched the match, I judge with my eyes, so can't care less if it's nonsense for you. Funny how you also picked the highest score, because Sky gave him 5,5 for example. I didn't notice that he requested the change.
Starts as a right-back today against Napoli: 📝 TEAM NEWS 📝The Rossoblu's starting XI for #NapoliBologna, with Rodrigo #Palacio leading the line once again! 🇦🇷#WeAreOne🔴🔵 pic.twitter.com/ZoLYRK87TQ— Bologna FC 1909 (@BolognaFC1909en) December 1, 2019
Talent on the rise; Bologna, RB, Takehiro Tomiyasu🇯🇵. Today vs Napoli:-12 ball recoveries-4 interceptions-85.7% passing-100% tackles won-3/4 aerial duels won-3 clearances21 years-old. 188cm. Skilled on the ball. Surging runs. Great read of the game. A wall to get passed.— Maxi (@MaaxiAngelo) December 1, 2019
Bayer Leverkusen are reportedly keen on signing Tomiyasu during this January’s transfer window for 12-13 million euros. However, Bologna and Siniša Mihajlović are not willing to let him go. https://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/article?a=20191211-00352582-footballc-socc
Stay away from Bundesliga please, even if it was Munich. He's a better level and Serie A (that I criticize a lot as a league) can extremely improve his defensive skill as a CB and FB as well.
EPL suits him more imo. If he can keep up his current level, I wouldn't be surprised to see him in maybe Chelsea, Tottenham and Man Utd etc.
ManUtd actually is a sinkhole. Stay away. And he need to move step by step. From Bologna to Chelsea is simply nosense.
Tomiyasu one of the top players in Serie A according to advanced metrics. https://www.liverpool.com/liverpool...pool-transfer-recruitment-ian-graham-17458056
If Tomiyasu continues to develop, and Minamino leaves a positive impression, it's not a surprise for Liverpool to purchase him. Backup/replace for aging Lovren, can play in both CB and RB, what's not to like?
