12 teams...? Some teams come numbered but most don't. Ipswich Town, Dortmund L-R: Arsenal, Hull City, Spurs, SWFC, Fulham, Man U. Dortmund goalie and field player. SWFC field player. Man City's Balotelli(L) and whomever #2 was for them that season... Fulham away kit I believe and Hull City player. A Tractor boy and a Spur. The really nice boxes are done buy a fella that sells on ebay calle footballjilla ...
White shirt and white shorts - that's Spurs in Europe! You can line 'em up against Dortmund and relive our glorious 4-0 aggregate thrashing of them in last year's Champions League.
that's bizarre. they were nice enough cars, but amongst the worst-handling I've ever driven. gotta be some serious suspension mods going on there. I can't imagine racing one.
I did too. it was a very comfortable and semi-luxurious sedan. power was adequate, but the suspension was way too soft, and it understeered like mad. dunno if you remember it or not, but the car I had after was that blue Mitsubishi Galant - a 4-door sedan, but loads of fun. in terms of drivability, it was miles ahead of the Cressida. roadsters* aside, that was easily the most fun to drive of everything I've owned. edit: *and GT6s.

not likely … it didn't open until 1899. where'd that photo come from? that stand doesn't look line any i'm familiar with from either Hillsborough or Bramall Lane. maybe it's at the Olive Grove, Wednesday's home prior to moving to Owlerton (Hillsborough).
I like that photo. That's a pretty good sized stand for pre-1900s. It's obviously been colorized, from a black and white photo. It makes you wonder if they really had the fascia painted blue and white like that. ok … hold that thought … … I've found it. It does appear as though the fascias are two-toned, with blue/white being the obvious presumption. Not sure how they've concluded who is Wednesday and who is United, though. If I had to guess, I'd say it looks like players (left to right) 1 and 4 are for one side, and 2, 3, and 5 on the other, whereas in color they've made it 1, 3, and 5 for Wednesday and 2 and 4 are pigs. Not that it matters in the slightest, of course. But it's still neat seeing it colorized, just as a reminder that it wasn't all gray back then. I remember the first time I went to Cooperstown, and I was looking at this really cool display of uniforms through the years. When it got back to those early ones - unis I'd seen in photos a zillion times, but only in b&w - seeing them in bright colors was really cool - a real jolt to the mind's eye.
Wednesday are shite. Spurs are shite. There are no fans. It's bloody June, ffs. Football is shite. Someone call me when and if they start a proper footy season again.
