Personally, I've taken a liking to thinking of this streak as a second preseason warm-up purely because of the records of the teams we've beaten. Of course, yesterday the Timbers took a pretty big scalp. But I digress. Things are getting more interesting as we push along in this season. We're reaching one-quarter time. Does our team have the guts to keep things moving? Though the team has handled their business quite nicely, they also showed some holes this past weekend. Our defense still lacks consistency. That's definitely something Jason Kreis needs to work on. It's going to be difficult here, playing at altitude. But with Cristian Higuita back, and Catalonian star Uri Rosell finally making his debut, we can begin to see just what this defense is capable of.
