Castellanos looking to challenge Usme for the Golden Boot, it looks like. X-D Today's results also give us the first advance-or-not ruling as Ecuador have been eliminated. The fact that they still shipped 3 goals on Argentina, though, should be a hint as to how much Argentina has to grow to keep up with the top CONMEBOL teams.
I think that Colombia only needs a draw later today to officially advance to stage 2... And chances are very strong that, even if they somehow lose to Peru, they'd still advance. Chile is the only team that can pass Colombia on points still, and Paraguay would need to pass on GD... which would require a TWELVE-goal swing between COL-PER and PAR-URU. But Colombia is probably gonna win outright anyway. X-D And if they do, they'd win the group, no matter what happens Thursday.
