This game wudve been diff if Vietnam put pressure like this from the beginning. Our defenders fking suck at handling pressure.
He brings a lot of things to the table, but I don't think he has the kind of on-ball talent and IQ that guys like LSW have. I honestly don't see why he can't play as a midfielder or even a fullback, and I'm not kidding. I really think he could become an excellent FB if he wants to. His athleticism, energy, stamina, speed, work rate and ability to run at defenses would be perfect as a FB.
His dribbling isn't as bad, but yes, he needs to be converted to a FB or even CDM. He's super annoying for the opposition and his strength/speed is a huge plus. But I mean, has this ever been a consideration for the NT staff?
We keep looking like shit whenever something goes wrong in the midfield and the midfielders stop clicking. It's hard to understand why Han Chan Hee was excluded. But anyway, they're going to have to take extra care to keep the midfield flowing in the finals, especially if it's against Japan.
That was a stupid foul to give up in that area. Also felt the wall cheated too much and then Jo couldn’t get them positioned in time.
