Not a lot of success for our Academy teams, which seems the norm the past few years. U15s finished 8th (5-6-3, 18 points) in the Northeast Division (done by PPG as games played aren't even). - Not in the playoffs. U16/17s also 8th (7-8-2, 23). - Not in the playoffs. U18/19s though did finish 2nd to RBNY (10-4-2, 32).

Wonder if Trevor Burns would ever play for the Revs ... awkward. Maybe they should swap the rights to him for someone in another system with a similarly awkward situation. Pretty impressive sending a goalkeeper, let alone any player, to UNC. Let's hope he wins playing time there.

The Development Academy is no more Several years ago, this would have concerned me from a Revs involvement in youth development perspective. I could have seen them using it as an excuse to get out of the development business. But they've invested a lot now into the new training center, creating a 2nd team, etc., and they've signed enough homegrowns by this point to make a case that the investment is worth it. So now we have this to look forward to... MLS launches new elite development competition
