Took a quick scan of it and it is quite different from last year's in that, of the 17 home games, all are Saturday evening except for one Friday evening game, two games on a Wednesday evening and one on a Sunday afternoon.
Maybe the league and/or networks don't want the Quakes on nationally broadcast games (Fridays on Univision, Sundays on ESPN and Fox Sports) because the team was so hard to watch last season...

Three 3-game road trips. Only one 3-game home-stand, and that includes the Stanford match. On the other hand, season starts and ends with home games.
If you grabbed the pdf schedule right away there's an error in it, since fixed. 7/23 in Seattle is a Sunday, not Saturday. The mistake is so bad Wondo can't bare to look at it.
We get Portland, Houston, and the Galaxy 3 times. Kind of a mixed bag. I expect the Galaxy to be weaker next year without Bruce at the helm. Portland is kind of hard to read, they havent done much concrete. Houston is making so many changes it wont really be possible to tell what they are until the season starts.
http://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2017/01/15/mls-unveils-ambitious-2017-us-national-broadcast-schedule So in terms of national broadcasts, the Quakes are on Spanish language channels six times (out of 26 games) and on English language channels just once (out of 60 games)... I seem to remember the Quakes ratings were surprisingly high on Unimas last season.
