I would definitely watch them, but I don't want to ask you to put in that much work just to give me something to look at.

Probably quite a few people who'd be interested though? Fans of their clubs who didn't catch the tournament, etc.

Maybe Angel Gomes? I'm sure a lot of United fans would want to watch it, plus comparatively less work, and might give us a clue as to why he didn't start more.

McEachran has a similar style, and even way of moving, to his brother.

I'm not. These memorable goals usually are moments of individual brilliance, but almost all of this England team's goals were proper team goals: not that spectacular like a 30 yard screamer or a scissor kick, but well developed attacks.

Foden would be great. Or Oakley Boothe even if he was less impressive. Up to you tho ;)

Sancho came on for Dortmund on the 79th minute. Not really involved until the 90th minute when he made two passes, in a slick inter-passing move that nearly ended in a cross being poked in for a goal.

Really interesting actually, I don't think I realised how much he improved over the course of the tournament. In the early games there were an uncharacteristic number of misplaced shots, heavy passes, stray touches that ended a run etc., but by the time he hit the knockout stages he was unplayable. Probably a coincidence that his best performances all came after Sancho went home, but he certainly stepped up.

Acclimatizing to the conditions might have been a factor. Brewster followed a similar trajectory in terms of performance level.

I thought before the tournament started Hudson might be below par (but didn't mention it here) - Sancho as well but for other reasons. Hudson had peaked (so far) for Chelsea, but then had a couple of quiet nondescript games just before leaving for the finals. I've never noticed it before but he seemed "down" from the start of the tournament and throughout. On returning, a couple of days later for Chelsea u19s, he had a swagger about him. .

Does anyone have a link to Jadon Sancho's goal against Ireland? I'm sure I saw it once but maybe I'm wrong.

Wasn't posted here. I don't think I ever saw it, and can't find it now either.

I think it was on a compilation but I may be wrong.
