I don't mind KSW to be called up provided SHJ and HHC are too. STY will have to choose between KSW and LKH.

They were fortunate Jeonbuk wasn't in the tournament.

EDIT: Have you seen that finale? It was utter shite performance from both clubs.

Too many J-league and CSL losers who can't defend or make a simple pass. They gone AWOL on international games due to the inferior atmosphere they're coming from. Start sending our boys, especially the youngins to EU. It is the ONLY way Korea can improve itself.

If there is one position we need to figure out is DM because there's a huge whole in the centre of our midfield. Maybe Kwon Kyungwon?
    Something like this:
    Son Heungmin-Suk Hyunjun
    Lee Jaesung-Ki Sungyong-Kwon Kyungwon-Kwon Changhoon
    Kim Jinsu-Kim Minhyeok-Kim Minjae-Choi Chulsoon
    GK.

If we're going with 4-4-2 flat, do we really need a DM? Since we can't find one of decent quality (at least not on our radar right now), can't we field someone with good workrate and decent passing?

I hope we find someone like Kim Jung Woo of 2010.

I think a DM is pretty important in a 4-4-2 formation so it can balance things out.

    ?
I wish we had a decent CM that is a good ball winner, a good tackler, decent passer, amazing workrate, good speed. Put him beside Ki and it'll be perfect.

    Few thoughts:

    - No more Jang Hyun-soo on CB please. Yoon Young-sun is not KNT material. STY should be blamed for selection of Yoon.

    - Cho Hyun-woo is lock as the starting goalie. Very composed and handled the ball in the air well. The spectacular save from dangerous header was a bonus. He needs to improve his kicking game a bit though.

    - Wookie finally played up to what he has been expected to be. Granted his performance was against physically weak second string Japanese side but it was still worth to be noted. It will be interesting to see battle between SHJ and him for the final roster.

    - KMW-KJS combo on the left flank was very effective. We can use both as they have their own strength respectively.

    - JWY was the biggest surprise of last night. That goal should be nominated for candidacy for the FIFA Puskas Award.

    - STY made timely substitution this time. Hope he does same in the WC. I guess he has learned well from the Spanish tutors.

    - We seemed to lose our focus at times, allowing Japan to create few dangerous chances. Not acceptable.

    - LJS should find an European club to play for immediately. He has now nothing to achieve in Asia.

maybe lol I was actually thinking about this, but I don't know how he is doing in Gangwon.

Man imagine if we had our 2010 WC squad.

    Son Heungmin-Suk Hyunjun
    Lee Jaesung-Ki Sungyong-Park Jisung-Kwon Changhoon
    Lee Youngpyo-Kwak Taehwi-Kim Minjae-Cha Duri
    GK

I know him, not good enough. I don't think there are any Ulsan players that should be tested tbh and I'm saying this as an Ulsan fan.

    If we're playing a game of "what-ifs":

    Suk Hyun Jun
Son Heung Min---Ji Dong Won---Lee Chung Yong
    Ki Sung Yueng---Park Ji Sung
Lee Young Pyo---Kim Young Gwon---Kwak Tae Hwi---Cha Duri
    Kim Jin Hyeon
    Forms:

-Suk Hyun Jun when he was Portuguese first division top scorer.
-Son Heung Min right now (his tottenham form)
-Ji Dong Won had he fulfilled his destiny as Lewandowski replacement at BVB :x3:
-Lee Chung Yong before that no-name ********-wad brick layer ruined his career.
    -Ki at Juventus :x3:
-Park Ji Sung- no explanations needed
-Lee Young Pyo when he was on top of his form
-Kim Young Gwon fulfilling Lippi's prophecy as Man Utd's starting LCB
-Kwak Tae Hwi showing his chemistry with KYG at AC 2015 and proving his reputation at Al Hilal
    -Cha Duri at AC 2015
-Kim Jin Hyeon at AC 2015.

LKH is way more useful imo. We need players like him to let SHM play more freely.

Guys I'm trying to think but why do we hate Han Kookyoung again? I know I didn't like him before but I forgot my reasons...

can we take one less CB (3 CB in total) and just take one more forward? That way we can take both LKH and KSW.

-> SHM, HHC, LKH, KSW, SHJ

I don't think we're gonna need 4 CBs.. Just 2 starting CB and one backup. Go Yohan can play both fullback and CB.
