Steph Curry threw his mouth piece at a ref ans got fined something like 50k?

I want to say im surprised he wasnt suspended, but im not.

When you only have 3 good NBA teams, you cant throw out the best players.

Mouth piece is very soft....the ref should have picked it up and sold it on Ebay. :)

I can't stand Curry. I actually think Durant is the one who isn't unlikeable. But I thought I was in the minority in disliking Curry - most people do think he's a nice kid.

It's hard to tell because so much is going so well for Curry these days. But when things go "bad" and he gets petulant and annoying, that's when it's clear he's a douche. His annoying wife whining about officials when the Warriors lose big games also contributes to this.

As far as Durant being likeable... he had a fake IG account and would go on and defend "Kevin Durant" against people making fun of him! Extremely high-level d-bag behavior right there.

Its everything around him that probably influences people. I dont have a problem with Curry.

But if someone like Demarcus Cousins did this m, hed probably get a 10 game suspension.
Durant made a fake twitter account to defend himself.

I like Dell and Sonya. I've never much cared for their boys. I have no problem with Sydel.

I don’t mind klay and even draymond

I just have never liked curry, he gives me spoiled petulant child vibes when he doesn’t get his own way

Durant always struck me as a fake little bitch (no visible tattoos on arms etc but covered underneath jersey, the whole instagram bs and his relationship with russ and of course melting off to the dubs)

I admire what the warriors have done but I don’t hate on Steph because they are good, he is a great player but a complete Bell end. How many times he gonna throw his mouth guard at people?

Also lol at calling him a baby, he fcuking acts like one

I think once a team/player becomes uber successive, the amount of hate becomes exponential. You can argue that it's the player's behavior, his demeanor, etc....but you can't simply isolate the fame and the success factor. I highly doubt anyone hated Curry before 2014.

I've always hated the Warriors, this is nothing new... that's the nature of a division rivalry, even if they have for many years been among the whipping boys of the western conference and even the pacific division. That said if Draymond never won anything but was still acting like an idiot, making those goofy faces, kicking people in the balls in the playoffs... sure, it might be somewhat more under the radar, but it doesn't change his behavior. Before Kevin Garnett threatened to win a thing he abandoned the fun-loving kid element of his basketball persona and went full-blown into try-hard, flexing, scowling d-bag. It's more high profile when he wins a title with Boston, giving interviews talking about him being a soldier getting his bazookas and grenades and M16s or whatever, sure... but it's super douchey either way.

The entitled players of Barca, the way they operate and tap up and go after other players in the transfer window, yes it's exacerbated by the fact that they've arguably been probably the most successful club of the past 10 years on the whole, but it's lame no matter how much they win. Curry throwing his mouthpiece is always petulant and lame. His titles and MVPs have nothing to do with that fact.

Well - no one really hates Kawhi :). I didn’t hate DWade especially after his first title. Who hates Nowitzki? I’m not sure being successful necessarily means hate unless you are a rival.

I'm currently enjoying other fans hating the Warriors for being heels way more than I was enjoying the "are Warriors the GOAT" debates.

Any youngsters popping off your screens yet? I like watching the kid Caleb Swanigan on Portland. He's putting in maximum effort when he comes in.

They don't have the charisma of heels... their coach is Steve Kerr ffs.

Draymond is the only real heel.

Klay is on the same team and I like him

I dislike the ott Christian bs as well from curry and his annoying wife
    Durant is like that too

Curry has become more of a deuce the more success the warriors had so it coincides

I have nothing against Lebron and kawhi etc

Dirk is sort of an exception plus when he won the title, social media was less of a factor. I don't know whether the Texas vs Bay Area is another factor, but social media definitely plays a huge part.

I struggle to find a way to hate on specific players. I kind of like LeBron, want to see him get rings,, but beyond that and the Lakers, I'm kind of ambivalent.
