http://www.mercato365.com/shoya-nakajima-portimonense-qatar-psg-cest-mercatox365-8858863.html It looks bleak, isn't it? This is far more frustrating than our Korean friends frustrated about Kim Min-jae transfer to CSL
If Shoya is ultimately getting what he wants by playing on PSG, then the round-about way of getting there doesn't bother me. I'm sure they'll plug that loop-hole up soon though, for owners of multiple clubs skirting around the transfer rules via inter-club loans between teams under the same ownership. Anyways, I don't think it's a done deal yet so let's sit and wait. ...as we've done for the last 6 months.
Seems like just for the money. What's the difference if he goes to PSG or not? Is he gonna bench Neymar?
Neymar is heavily injured again and is out for 2-3 month minimum. That's the reason why the want him directly.
No disrespect intended, I'm kinda confused here, but couldn't they afford a "better" player as a replacement for Neymar with all the money they've got? I still think Nakajima will permanently end up playing for Al-Duhail since the club is being serious in winning this year's Asian Champions League by signing quality players like Mehdi Benatia who just joined them from Juventus.
I too am unsure about the future of Nakajima, but probably PSG could not really afford a "better" player. They must be careful about FPF at the moment. Think about Frenkie de Jong: PSG could potentially offer significantly more than Barcelona, but in the end they could not match their 75M offer, due to FPF. You also have to take into account the recent increase in prices: players are now valued much, much more than they were just a year ago. That said, I'm worried about Nakajima's development
to those who continue to believe Nakajima will join PSG in summer or whatever, if they really wanted him.. they would have purchased him. like this guy... 1090943888603394048 is not a valid tweet id
sure, around 10m is the reported fee. at the same time, I don't think PSG really care about FPF. nothing but rumor at this point.. but yea.. PSG have opened negotiations with Werder Bremen for 22-year-old midfielder Maximilian Eggestein, according to @CulturePSG; the Bundesliga side want €30m to part with the player https://t.co/ur93L5je12— Get French Football News (@GFFN) January 31, 2019
The transfer window in Portugal and Qatar is closed now, I wonder why there's no news about the signing
The weirdest ever in the history of Japanese in Europe. It is even weirder than Keisuke Honda's transfer saga to AC Milan 5 years ago.
not closed in Portugal. Feb 2nd for them.. Qatar.. 1/31. not sure exactly when it closes though.. https://www.fifatms.com/itms/worldwide-transfer-windows-calendar/
al-Duhail's official Twitter account reported on the match they played today, but made no mention of Nakajima elsewhere. A bit strange to see things so quiet on their end. Note that the Portuguese transfer window is irrelevant unless he was transferring into another Portuguese team.
poor guy.. at the same time, if Tuchel doesn't know of Shoya or doesn't rate him, i think we can assume he ain't going to PSG Paris United report that deal for Luciano Acosta fell through because Thomas Tuchel never gave the green light; the DC United player had even passed a medical https://t.co/ur93L5je12— Get French Football News (@GFFN) January 31, 2019
In the meantime Portimonense is rumored to be interested in picking up Junya Ito to replace Nakajima...while Ito is also linked with a loan move to Genk.
Well, it is now 1 February in Qatar (UTC+3), and Portimonense is already looking for his replacement. I think they'll just announce him shortly, at this point.
yeh but the articles said Nakajima wouldn't join PSG until summer anyway. That's why I was confused. They also keep talking about Willian but I've never seen him play on the left..
