The format of Toulon was changed after Mexico won it back in 2012.

It's some of these players (Ponchito, Cubo, Fierro) that were called up last chance. They have to step up & stand out even if the Rodolfo Pizarro's aint there

Has Cubo scored for Houston yet?

 

Only in friendlies and in cup games. However, this season he hasn't really played. Last season, though, there's no excuse, he just didn't score, and he was given plenty of time.
