And in time honored Zurich tradition, during the darkness FCZ fans invaded the field and lit pyros. From official reports, the match is now a 0-3 win for FCZ. That may be changed based on a decision if Aarau was responsible for the power outage or not.

Update from Aarau: Aarauer Energie-Service IBAarau is responsible for the Brügglifeld-Blackout. "The technical defect was clearly not in the installations of the stadium , but in the area of the supply lines from the Trafo Brügglifeld to the main distribution of the stadium," says Hans-Kaspar Scherrer, CEO of IBAarau, in the "Aargauer Zeitung". If this is accepted buy the league, that will mean that it will be replayed.
Not enough evidence to prove that Aarau needs a new stadium, but, hey, why not try to prove your point by saying that this wouldn't have happened with a new stadium in Aarau?
18 March Wil - Chiasso FCZ - Winterthur 19 March Aarau - Servette This should be a great match, no lights will be needed. Schaffhausen - Wohlen 20 March Le Mont - Xamax
18 March Wil - Chiasso 1-3 FCZ - Winterthur 2-2 FCZ found themselves down twice, and twice Dwamena saved them. The 2nd goal was in the 86'. 19 March Aarau -Servette 0-1 Servette won without a Nsame goal! Schaffhausen - Wohlen 3-2 Demhasaj with 2 goals after Castroman was sent off for his 2nd yellow. Wohlen was playing really well up to that point. 20 March Le Mont - Xamax 1-2 Two late goals saw Xamax get the win.

1 April Winterthur - Wil Wohlen - Le Mont FCZ - Schaffhausen 2 April Xamax - Aarau 3 April Chiasso - Servette Two good matches this weekend. We will see how real Schaffhausen is when they play at FCZ. Xamax - Aarau should be a very competitive match. Can Servette keep up the win streak?
Not sure if you saw, but Wil worked out their debt situation and will be able to finish the year. It's not yet known if they'll have a license for next year, but they can at least finish this year and not have to worry about going all the way down to the fifth tier. Because of their current losing streak, they're only 5 points clear of the drop. They need a win against Winterthur or else they could fall much deeper. They haven't won a game since round 12, which was way back on October 23.
I have been super busy these past two weeks. I did see the article. At lest they can rest easy that they can play out the spring. A license, if their squad is good enough to stay up, and the future are all up in the air. I did see that the new owner/manager (?) I can not remember which, will not take a salary for the remainder of the season.
I finally got most of my Swiss shirts online and wanted to share with my fellow Swiss League(s) forum members. www.mwswiss1.skyrock.com
1 April Winterthur - Wil 1-1 Wohlen - Le Mont 0-0 FCZ - Schaffhausen 2-1 2 April Xamax - Aarau 3-1 3 April Chiasso - Servette 1-1 FCZ 62 Xamax 55 Servette 47 Aarau 36 Le Mont 30 Wil 28 Schaffhausen 26 Wohlen 24 Winterthur 23 Servette drops points for the first time this spring.
Wil have been docked three points for failure to show they paid players in January. They have 5 days to appeal. If they can't come up with the full documentation that shows they paid their players their back wages owed, the deduction will show in the standings. This would put them only 2 points clear of the drop. They are also in danger of not securing a license for next year.
I think that the larger challenge will be the license for next year. If they are docked 3 points that makes relegation even more likely. Either lack of license or relegation I would imagine that Wil and Kriens will be switching spots next time.
Sorry for the delay. Life has been busy 8 April Schaffhausen - Chiasso 5-0 Servette - Xamax 1-1 9 April Aarau - Winterthur 2-3 Wil - Wohlen 1-4 10 April Le Mont - FCZ 2-5 Losing at home to Wohlen 1-4 is a terrible result for Wil. It looks more and more likely that they will not survive on the field, let alone elsewhere. Xamax drops points to FCZ, but manages to get points in Geneve. FCZ 65 Xamax 56 Servette 48 Aarau 36 Schaffhausen 30 Le Mont 30 Wil 28 Wohlen 27 Chiasso 26 Winterthur 26
No matter who goes down from the Super League this year, next year's race to win the Challenge League is going to be wonderfully entertaining. We could see Xamax, Servette, Aarau, and the team relegated from the Super League all battling for promotion. Should be a tremendous amount of fun!

15 April Wil - Servette 0-3 Nsame with another one. Winterthur - Le Mont 4-1 Sliskovic with 2 for Winterthur. 17 April FCZ - Aarau 3-2 Aarau came back from 2 goals down to tie it. A 90' PK by Roberto Rodriguez, his 2nd PK of the match, won it for FCZ. Wohlen - Schaffhausen 0-1 Schaffhausen continues its great form this spring. Xamax - Chiasso 3-0 Two from Nuzzolo and one from Karlen lead the way for Xamax. Chiasso fires manager - Giusppe Scienza and hires Baldo Raineri who used to manager Vllanzia in the Albanian 1st Division.
22 April Aarau - Wohlen 0-3 Aarau has hit a major funk right now. Servette - Winterthur 2-3 Servette loses for the 1st time this spring. As anticipated, Winterthur is moving itself away from the relegation zone. 23 April Chiasso - Wil 3-1 Despite learning that they will have a license next season, Wil continues their drop. Le Mont - Schaffhausen 0-2 Although they are tied with Aarau on points, Schaffhausen is playing well right now. 24 April Xamax - FCZ Big match tonight. Mostly for bragging rights. Here is what FCZ has left. @ Xamax @ Chiasso @ Aarau (make-up) vs Le Mont vs Winterthur vs Servette vs Wil @ Schaffhausen vs Wohlen They sit 9 points ahead of Xamax with 9 to play. I do not see Xamax overtaking them without a major collapse.
