Gotta say PAOK defended well and made us looking uninspiring despite some good chances from our side. I gotta admit I'm disgruntled by our matches so far this season. They just aren't exciting. It feels as if we're still stuck in the same rut we were in at the end of last season. Sousa needs to change things up.

What I personally think we're missing is a flair player. Someone like Cuadrado who's always ready to run at the defense. Far too many times during today's match our midfield was just passing back and forth without creating ANYTHING at all.

Overall he was pretty good. Had some good moments attacking and defending.

Welcome back. Tomorrow's game should be fun. Most of our buys this summer have been working out well. It's good variation.

No creativity from us at all so far. Even less than usual without Borja out there. I hate Sousa more every day.

Finally a real chance for us. Nice pass from Kalinic out to Olivera on the left, crosses it into Babacar's path but he can't quite toe it in.

Qarabag down to 10 men. Last man back held back Kalinic on a breakaway.

1-0 Babacar knocks in a rebound of a free kick taken right at the edge of the box.

2-0 Kalinic. Completely dominating them since they went to 10 men though, embarrassingly, they were in complete control for long stretches before the red.

HT 3-0 as Kalinic expertly finds Babacar for the tap in.

We have about 70% possession even if almost all of that was completely pointless. Our better players were Kalinic, Sanchez, Salcedo and Olivera. I really like Olivera. First time I've seen him. Fine crosser/passer.

We had a goal they didn't see cross the line.

    Zarate on for Kalinic.
    Chiesa on for Bernardeschi.

Up until that point we were the only side in Europe not to have conceded a goal at home.

    FT 5-1

Huge turn of events. The english commentator might be correct, this may be the catalyst for us to get things going for the season. Feels good to see some goals.

Salcedo was good AGAIN! Great signing. And Kalinic was definitely man of the match. He's integral to our attack right now.

They're saying that Bernardeschi may play in the hole behind Zarate and Babacar.

0-1 Kalinic. Got a fortunate ricochet and jump-kicked it in like a ninja.
