LOL if true, Kagawa+Kiyotake+Usami all out thanks to JNT matches where they suck a lot.

With Caiuby out for the rest of this year Usami may feature more often, though Schuster so far focused more on physical play of the Darmstadt kind.

Not on the bench again, thats stupid. Even if Usami is not that good he is not that bad. Augsburg is playing terrible and Koo,Jo and Bobadilla are having a nightmares of last games and Usami didn`t get his chances even Caiubi is injured.

This has nothing to to with expierience or football knowledge. The coach has some plan which doesnt fit Usami in at the moment and thats something a bad coach is lacking and Schuster is a bad coach even if he was coach of the year 2016. He has ONE masterplan but no alternatives. And this Darmstadt System doesnt work at Augsburg.

Thats the full magic. Sad for Usami who has deserved better. from 5 games....3 times not on the bench...only 9 minutes playing time till now. Maybe Takashi is not Messi but he showed several times that he is very good even for Bundesliga standards.

Sometimes you have to gave a chance to a player even if he doesnt look ready.
Sure the season just starts but thats something you don`t deserve as a player.

Maybe Schuster doesn't like him at all?
It'd be problem, unless FCA goes on with these terrible results.

The coach doesn't really have any reason to play Usami unless he is going to score or assist goals. It's not like he is exactly a prototypical Gegenpressing player.

And how should he score or asisst when he doesnt play ?

Augsburg is very lucky to get an player like Usami. Takashi is a very good player and for Augsburger standards he is a Messi. Schuster know what kind of player Usami is,so why buy a player for arround 2 million euro (which is very much for Augsburg) when you dont need him or want him to play ?

I dont saw him at the training or something so I dont know anything about this situation but you need to play a player like Usami, when you have him in the team. Nothing against Dong Won Ji but this guys scores no goal for 50 games so a Usami can only be better.

I am sure he will get his chances soon but the start looks not promising.

Not all buys are decided with the coach. Ji isn't really a good player but Usami is not a Messi in Augsburg, com on. There are better players than him there.

Hoffenheim Usami can easily play in this team but his game has changed a lot and he seems to be waking up tired this day. Either way, a sane person doesn't sign for Augsburg unless they have a gun pointed at their head.

No way there is a player who is better then Usami at Augsburg. A Guy like him who scored like hell in Japan (even its the J-League) is not normal for a mid table club at germany.

Usami ist at least way better then every player there. At Hoffenheim he was genius but after some games and the downhill of his team he was infected from the rest of the team and all players were playing more bad from game to game.

Usami scored a lot only in 2015, and Mike Havenaar "scored like hell" in Japan too, but that doesn't mean anything, because the JLeague is nowhere as close as the Bundesliga.
I agree with the sentiment that Usami deserves a chance especially when compared to Schmid, Ji or Bobadilla but let's not get carried away

When you play for a team like Augsburg it doesn't help when you're a liability on the defensive side of the ball. Hasegawa and Vahid both called him fat and soft, this is nothing new.

Dont get it either. Kiyotake almost played in every game great. 3 games 1 goal and 2 assists so far sounds great.
