Subbed out in the 65 th minute. How did he do? We can't say he is not getting enough chances to impress.

Was fouled, creating the PK leading to the equalizer after 21 min. Stuttgart is ahead 3:1 right now after 80 min and with him and Akolo both wingers appear to run riot (the latter has a goal and an assist).

Came on shortly before HT in the 2:1 home win against BVB.

He emptied his sack for this year. Looking forward to coming back to Japan next year! Preferably - J2 with Sanfrecce!

I totally forgot he's in loan from Arsenal. What's his option for the incoming winter transfer window?

Why would he move in the winter?

He could go to Portimonense if Nakajima leaves.

Not on the bench, hope for him that the loan termination is real.

German press reported that Asano asked to be able to leave and that Stuttgart agreed to not hinder him. Target regularly mentioned is Portimonense as well. Only question is what takes so long, it's clear he hasn't played yet this year for this very reason.

Playing really far away from the goal hasn't been helpful.

Did you guys really have high expectations on the move ? I liked it but I never saw something that would indicate something special.

Whelp, Korkut is now coaching Stuttgart. I'd need to think hard to come up with a worse solution...

Yes, but with him playing as CF. Which never happened.
This two years-loan will still be useful, but I want back the player I watched in Hiroshima, especially in 2016.
