HT: Brazil 1-1 Korea We conceded very early in the match due to an unfortunate mistake by centre-back Woo Chan-yang. But credit to the team, they played reasonably ok considering the opponent is Brazil. But it would have been a more satisfying half if we attacked more. This Brazilian defense and GK looks to have a lot of flaws which would have been interesting to exploit. Han Chan-hee scored a nice goal to equalize though. Lee Seung-mo played in the wrong position imo and was therefore non-existent but then again he probably started for the defensive duties in the midfield. Cho Young-wook would be disappointed he didn't show too much but we should also consider he is playing against players 1-2 years older than him.
Lee Sang-min did well against the Brazilians last year in the U-17 WC and again today he did well against the Brazilians. He is better than most of the current senior Ulsan defenders.
FT: We won 1-0. Should have won 2-0. Don't know how our set piece goal was disallowed. Major credit to the back four today. Calm and composed, didn't panic. Made smart choices. That was some great defending. France rarely troubled Song Bum-geun. Probably one of the best defensive performance I've seen by our NT. Also, I think Michel Platini was at the match.

[U18] The U-18 squad to face England in the two friendlies next month: Kim Jin-ya, Lee Seung-mo (unless his injury isnt too severe), Lee Sang-min, Yoon Jong-gyu and Cho Young-wook from JS Cup are called up. Ex-Ulsan Hyundai HS defender Lee Sang-min might get to play with current Ulsan Hyundai HS defender Lee Sang-min
Am I the only one questioning how seriously Ahn is taking this tournament? He's using it to test out new faces it seems 4-3-3 apparently Kim Jin Ya - Won Doo Jae - Kim Mu Geon Han Chan Hee - Lee Seung Mo - Park Han Bin Shin Chan Woo - Woo Chan Yang - Lee Sang Min - Lee Yoo Hyun Song Beom Keun http://sports.news.naver.com/kfootball/news/read.nhn?oid=413&aid=0000034262
We should seriously reduce playing international football at Suwon (especially Bigbird). It is no longer the footballing capital of Korea.
