Both mistakes despite being in front of me as I had to rush this through in 2 hours due to lack of time.

Well, it's 2 out of how many?
Yeah, saying 2 famous names doesn't make you knowledgeable...buddy. Be more considerate to those who actually sweat to do something for the community.

The game against Gibralter was a good warm up.

Glad Nani did well he is my choice for the ST position until Silva is ready

Good to have you back, I hope this is the real Rui Da Silva. I know how good this kid is. He was off form at the u17s euro and still was top scorer and player of the tournament

I think anyone watching the U 17s have by now. Or Benfica TV for that matter. He's a real promise.

Could be starting a UCL game at 17, just crazy. For me his form the past six months has been ok, people may laught at me for that but it's true. He won the golden boot and player but he was nowhere near his dynamic best, if you actually watch him play even in the elite round he was unplayable, I still believe Dalot was the best player at the 17s euro. The first half of last season he was looking unstoppable and frankly scary for opponents, so in not sure this has come at the best time for him, however I though the same of Renato last season, his form was ordinary when called into the first team but quality undoubted obviously so perhaps this may ignite something in the kid.

I'm also really liking what Gelson Martins is doing at SCP, he IMO looks at a different level this season and could be having his breakout year hopefully. Also can't see how Semedo isn't in the next AA call up

Great day for Portuguese youngsters in the Champions League.
Raphael Guerreiro and Bernardo Silva were brilliant.

Gelson Martins put on a show in Madrid. He terrorized one of the best Left backs in the world. Ruben Semedo was solid through out as well.

Fernando Santos should call up both Semedo and Gelson next month. Our U21's are already qualified, so their games are meaningless now. Semedo should replace either Bruno Alves or Neto.

Cape Verde invited both Gelson and Semedo to play for their National Team, hopefully the FPF doesn't screw this up and caps them.

Renato seems to be struggling. Still very early in his Bayern career, but thinks he can still dribble through the middle of the field when he should be moving the ball a bit quicker. Plenty of time for him to mature and has two world class veterans in Vidal and Xabi Alonso to tutor him.

Not really emerging but I will say that Hugo Almeida looks very good lately for
AEK Athens scored 2 goals in 1 game.

Also Orlando Sà scored on his debut for Liege

João Teixeira (on loan from Benfica) scores twice for Wolves (English 2nd Division) against Brentford (the closest club to were I live) in a 3-1 home win. Hélder Costa (on loan from Benfica) provided the assist for João's second goal and then was replaced by Ivan Cavaleiro (ex Benfica/Monaco) who scored in injury time.
