I'd rather see Kagawa than Castro. Not sure if it's because I'm absolutely sick of Castro or if it's because even in mediocrity one needs variety.

 

I don't think shinji can play a full 90 these days... he just doesn't get much game time and while he can come on and look good for the last 30 minutes when we need some helping moving the upfield I don't think he's been playing consistently enough to give a consistent 90 minute performance.

Hadn't someone mentioned in the first half that he had some lingering issues (maybe with his ankle?) that have limited his contributions? Is that still a thing?

 

TT said he had issues with his ankles. If it's been this long then he needs surgery.

We are missing too many chances again. Still, this is some nice football displayed by the team.

 

This is pretty much the Dembélé and Gurreiro show. Everybody else is just trying to keep up.
