That's understandable, but I just don't think endless speculation about free agents is particularly exciting, especially since fans have no saying on what actually happens. I just take a realist approach.

Fans also have no saying on match results but we watch the games.

This dude just don't know anything about the NBA lol. Draft, FA, trades, summer league, International ball that's offseason basketball for you.

I like when a foregin player gets drafted high in the draft ain't nobody in the states have heard of them and we get some grainy footage from the Swiss or Congo YMCA saying this dude is this second coming of Hakeem or Dirk lol

There is a tangible entertainment value that one derives from watching a game. I don't derive a lot of entertainment from reading an ESPN article about what free agents team x is pursuing. That's just me though.

    My mock NBA draft selections

    1. Wolves-Karl-Anthony Towns. He is clearly the #1 he has provided considerably separations between himself and Okafor
    2. Lakers- Jahlil Okafor
    3. 76ers- Porzingis
    4- Knicks- Russell
    5. Orlando- Cauley-Stein
    6. sacramento- Hezonja (Divac and my kings are only scouting in Europe
    7 Denver-Mudiay
    8 Detroit-Stanely Johnson
    9. Charlotte-Booker
    10. Heat- Winslow
    11. Pacers-Turner
    12. Utah-Kaminsky
    13. Suns- lyles
    14. OKC- Payne

Based on need, trade options, best player available and upside. Outside of the lottery I am wondering which guys are gems, steals and hidden guys, anybody have some nominess for that category?!

Think porzingis at 3 is a reach for the Sixers

Towns/Okafor go 1/2. I would be surprised if Russell wasn't picked 3rd but the 76ers

Wouldn't mind Sixers trading back in the draft for Winslow though

Warriors will win less then 60 , this year no one was looking to face them.Next year every game in regular season will be game 7 for them.
I also hate Draymond Green voice. @Waliatiger

I'd like to see Hezonja fall to the Pistons, good fit. Not a big Porzingis fan even though he's getting hype, though. He's a stick-man who needs a couple years to beef up and whoever drafts him is going to need to be patient with him. I don't see that happening if he goes top 5.

I do think Philly needs to start showing something for it, as a Sixers fan I understand why they are tanking but they need to start showing progress, Hinkites as I like to call em have way too much blind faith in him over one trade with the Pelicans. You can't keep drafting players who aren't going to at least contribute. Hinkites keep referring to Noel as Hinkies saving light, and with all the picks we've had, he needs to hit on more than 1 pick in 3 years frankly.

Also they have a tad bit too much of a cult like feel to them. I was listening to talk radio in philly and one of the guys was saying, mid they are putting out an inferior product and if everybody in philly is so behind the tanking why is the team dead last in attendance and why do they keep jacking the ticket prices up.

There's a bit of grey with the issue, and there are people on blogs who think hinkie is gods gift to earth, a GM whose built a team that hasn't won 20 games. There's gotta be a point where he has to start building. He said they could tank for 5 years, and that would show me his drafting has been an abject failure.

I would be concerned about Embiid's injury. From what I heard, he could miss the whole season.

I like Porzingis more than Winslow. I think Russell is the best talent in this draft. Whoever picks him after #2 is a steal.

Bill Self said that he talked to Embiid and they said it just wasn't healing as quick as they wanted not that he re-injured.

Is it just me or just some thing that has been going on all the time, but I am noticing more and more that these (really) young talented players are snapping their legs these days, eg Kevin Ware, Emblid, Julius Randle.
