Tampa and Indy sold out (I am actually going to the Indy game with about 20 other Fire fans). Tampa was asked the capacity on twitter. They replied little over 7,000. @IMSoccerNews @RalphsMob With the new seating configuration, capacity is at just over 7,000.— Tampa Bay Rowdies (@TampaBayRowdies) April 11, 2015
So I was off on the 6700, more searching showed the 2012 NASL Soccer Bowl sold out at Al Lang with the attendance 6208 (without the added seats from last year of course). Thought the new seats were 1500 but they must be less, we'll see what the exact sold out number is tonight. Wonder if when they replaced some of the seats this offseason if they were all replaced or not.
FTL looks to be around 5k. Maybe 6k. I read that the first game, with over 11k...had some issues with parking and lines as the big crowd was maybe a bit overwhelming for the staff there. The Strikers FO did an excellent job responding to these fans on Facebook and Twitter though and reaching out.
jax @ ftl - 4883 ott @ atl - 3841 min @ tb - 7010 Not bad for FTL & ATL, but not great. TB = thumbs up

Tampa has been the market I have been waiting on....hopefully the number stays high. Good owners will do that. Any crows Atlanta get near 4K are a win...dead team walking. Ft. Lauderdale is the interesting one with new ownership and Fat Ronaldo. Still hot sure what to expect, but it is going to be better than last year. Very good starts all around. Will be interesting to see what happens in SA with new ownership.
I have to say.... When I'm not watching the Timbers, I watch the Strikers ESPN3 cast.... The games at Lockhart look fun!! And the on field play is exciting. They have a good product this year. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching both matchcasts. So from a supporter who is spoiled with the Timbers, the Strikers have a good thing this year, truly.
Yeah... That's the one I was really interested in. That's actually a good number for Edmonton still so early in the spring. 2 years ago they would have been darn happy to have that high an attendace in the middle of summer. I think they will hit 5000 through out the season if they continue to perfom up to expecations.
I have to disagree with you here. IMO, below 2500 in Edmonton is a pretty disappointing number and worse than any turnout for the club in 2014. Considering it was the home opener and they were giving away tickets for free for days leading up to the game it's even more disappointing. Their home opener last year drew 4400 by comparison. Yes, the poor weather is a factor, but I think another factor is the fact that the club is marketing to the wrong crowd. They are concentrating their marketing towards soccer moms and children, as opposed to the 19-34 demographic that will attend games in poor weather and drink more beer while doing so. The Sunday afternoon games do not help this situation either, although I imagine they have their hands tied with Clarke being used for football much of the week. So, here's hoping they draw above 4000 next week. Also, regarding your point above FC Edmonton drawing over 5000, I don't know what the true capacity of Clarke is. My understanding was it was 4200 although the City of Edmonton website has it at 5000.
Have to second that, disappointing number for FCE.... Home openers should be your biggest number if not one of them for the year.... A lot of the ESG were also like "WTF, where is everyone" The ownership is committed (as it sounds), but not a good start at all for FCE for the gates.
Indeed it was a season opener so would have expected more... I will say the numbers were far worse in 2013. And you are definately right regarding targeting 19-34 year olds... Here's hoping they rebound in the coming weeks.
Just to clarify, the "free tickets" were purchased from FC Edmonton by Canadian Tire who were giving them away for free. Bad weather kept many away for sure. Capacity is 5000 at Clarke.
7323 average for the Spring Season so far. Home openers for the New York Cosmos and Ottawa Fury FC this weekend should be interesting, not sure what to expect for either. Other games in Carolina, San Antonio, and another Sunday game in Edmonton.
