All the home teams won in the end. And now, it's time for the Lightning Round! 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs, Conference Semifinal, First Leg D.C. United v. New York Red Bulls — November 1, 3:00pm — ESPN, ESPN Deportes Portland Timbers v. Vancouver Whitecaps FC — November 1, 5:00pm — ESPN, ESPN Deportes, TSN1 Impact de Montreal v. Columbus Crew SC — November 1, 7:00pm — Fox Sports 1, TSN1, RDS2 Seattle Sounders FC v. FC Dallas — November 1, 9:30pm — Fox Sports 1, TSN2 RDS doesn't have anything on their schedule yet, but I'm sure they'll pick up at least the Montreal match. I also don't see a Spanish-language schedule for the Fox matches yet. I'll keep an eye out. All times EST (UTC-5) You know the code. Comments here should remain neutral. Good luck to everyone.
Daylight Saving Time ends in the U.S. and Canada on Halloween night. That's one extra hour of terror.
Yep. Except for Toronto and the referees, if was incredible. Two leg affairs won't have the same drama in leg 1, though the competing notions of the top seeds trying to press an advantage in terms of rest and the idea of playing safe on the road is an interesting contrast tactically. Will any visiting teams press and go for a knockout in enemy territory?

TSN 5? Give me a break. I know it's football Sunday, but my cable provider doesn't even offer TSN 5. I really want to see the whitecaps play...
I'll admit I'm no expert on Canadian TV but the TSN website says both Canadian playoff games are on TSN1. http://www.tsn.ca/tv#/ The MLS schedule also has them both on TSN1. http://www.mlssoccer.com/schedule
They must've set them during the day. The Impact match is also now on RDS2. Wondering if there will be Spanish-language coverage for the FS1 matches. Fox Deportes probably won't carry them since they have Sunday Night Handegg.
660193404186423297 is not a valid tweet id This is wrong. The video exists. It should be released. After two great days on the field, MLS returns to its worst instincts.
Worth noting that the greatest exception to the "great days on the field" was absolutely the officiating.
Yeah. MLS has done a good job of providing some benefit to every different slot in the playoff order: 5/6 vs. 3/4 vs. 1/2. 3/4 over 5/6: If there is a one game PO, you want it at home. Home teams 4/4. 1/2 over 3/4. If there is a one-game PO round, you want to avoid it if possible. You don't want to get Geigered. And 1/2 doesn't have to play midweek and should be better rested for the first leg. Even 1 vs. 2 there are some advantages. If you get to the Cup final, you want the best chance to host. Plus a 1 will get you a CCL berth (not sure how some teams feel about that, however). So there is incentive for every PO team to climb as high as they can. Good strategy by MLS to try and keep as many regular season games meaningful as possible absent pro-rel. With the continued expansion, this will lose some steam, however.
So are Montreal fans trying to make that bell a legitimate celebration? What happens if they are losing 4-0 and score? Do they still ring the bell?
Agudelo felt "disrespected". Kid is what 22 years old. He demands no respect. I doubt they have substantial video. They may have a long shot which does show Boswell/Agudelo, but no definite proof of the incident occurring as described. Otherwise, it would/should be 3 games.
