That really sucks. This Serbia team play like men possessed. Then never got tired. Anyway time for the U-20 kids to meet their fate.
Serbia was very fortunate in that one but they did not give up and found a way to advance with 10 men. Let's see what happens.

Colombia's manager (who I don't like) just made a lot of changes going into the USA match. Basically instead of 2 strikers he is going with an additional midfielder with only one striker. So now I bet Colombia will keep even more possession than I originally thought. Whether or not they do anything with it remains to be seen. USA's best chances will be on the counter and on set pieces.
Maybe not tonight but you know he's got a 2 goal game in him at some point in this tournament. The curse of Big Soccer doesn't lie
Either way this should be a decent barometer for this tournament. We struggled with Myanmar, were amazing against a meh New Zeland team, and were destroyed by Ukraine in a game that we seemed complacent in. Tough to give it a grade so far.
Could come down to Zapata-Barrera creative attacking midfield duo vs Zelalem- Hyndman creative duo. Oh the crazy FIFA xbox moves I expected from both sets of players. And Rubin is going to be tough for Colombia to stop.
I think a lot depends on how we use BJ4. He is a lot like Fellaini with a bent towards offense over defense. He can affect a huge area when played in the right position.
Another thing of note, arguably Colombia's most gifted/ talented attacking player is on the bench (Joao Rodriguez). He could be an "X" factor. Sort of like Lukaku was for Belgium late in the match in the World Cup. I hope it does not come to that though. I don't want to see this match go into OT. Somebody, anybody please win this thing in regulation.
They do that cause the early matches may go to penalties and they don't want them to crossover into these matches.
I just put two and two together and just realized that none of the players on either squad were alive to see the historic 2-1 World Cup victory in 1994. Boy does that make me feel old.
