It's always good to work with a coach who wants you.

Good move. HSV are not much these days, but with a few class players brought in, they could be a big team again soon. Certainly got a bigger potential than VfB!

First day with the team and he's apologizing to Holtby for his tackle on him that got him sent-off in 2012! He actually remember it (said he never forgot this moment) and asked for a laptop to show him the scene and apologize. What a guy!

That was the first red card in his career.

Confirmed. 3 year contract. Will play for the U-19. Apparently had offers from Manchester City and Inter Milan too.

I just hope that football gods will send HSV in Zweite. Two lucky salvations are enough.

Gotuko Sakai made his debut today for HSV as a HT substitute for Osterzolek (I hope I spelled it right), against Haraguchi's Hertha Berlin.

He looked good despite his team losing 3-0.

Started today, and just did a great cross in min 67 that Lasogga managed to mishit close to the goal.

Edit: Played the whole match. It ended in a fair 1-1 in Darmstadt.
