No Kyrie till January and I have a strong feeling they'll be resting Lebron more than usual to keep him fresh for the postseason.

I'm still new to NBA compared to the knowledge you've been dropping, but I'll be following this season even more than last one. So far, I just wanted to drop this :D

I'm not that sure. I get what you're saying, but the year MCW won was poor to say the least. I guess we have to wait and see what kind of shape Denver will be in. If it's anything similar to what we saw last year... let's just say he isn't going to win it in a disfunctional envirnoment.

The Cavs are going to win the East, even if Lebron and 4 D-leaguers are playing.

Idk if I'm under-selling the East here, but to finish 3rd in the East you have to lose a, seemingly unbelievable, amount of games with a loaded roster like what the Cavs have. Bulls finished third last season losing 32 games.. I don't see the Cavs losing 32 games.

Mudiay is a good prospect but look at the trash around him. He will struggle to put up numbers like okafor or towns imo

Make it to H2H, not roto. H2H is more fun.

Although I won the last BS roto league too... :sneaky:

I have the Bulls winning more games. Don't see them throwing in the towel as much, I think they'll be closer to 60 wins than 50(or right in the middle).

Mudiay is a traditional dude. He can't shoot the 3 well but I can see him being in the conversation for roy

Okafor is going to average over 15 ppg imo and grab a fee boards etc and assists on kickouts

He's been working on his shot though.. I think even if Mudiay's shot improves a little bit he can be a guy who averages no less than 12/13 a night as a rookie.

Okafor 15?? I hope he does average that.. that'll be an awesome highlight tape to watch on youtube for fun.

I created the league, PM me your yahoo email if you want an invite sent. We can discuss rules now.

    1) Trade approval

I made it commissioner passes or vetoes trades, rather than league vote. I believe that all trades should be passed and a manager should not be penalized if they were smart enough to convince another manager to make a bad move. On the other hand, any signs of a team throwing in the towel or collusion happening and not only will the trade be vetoed, but the team will be locked up as well. Let me know what you think.

    2) Maximum number of moves

I set it at 30 for the year and 4 per week. I think the amount of moves in a year is debatable. I could see why we should have no limit, though I personally prefer the challenge of being handicapped in the total amount of moves one can make to a roster. I would highly recommend keeping a maximum of 4 moves per week though to prevent managers from streaming their players, especially in the playoffs.

    3) Head to head scoring

It's the classic 9 categories. What would you guys prefer, when a player wins their matchup 5-4 or 6-3 that their record shows 5-4 or 6-3, or that every individual matchup won whether it's 5-4 or 9-0 counts as 1 total win? I am good with whichever.

    4) Positions

So far I'm thinking of PG, SG, G, SF, F, PF, C, UTIL, 5 bench spots(4 if we're 14). Thoughts?

    5) Draft date

We're in a bit of a time crunch right now with the league starting Tuesday, but my guess is we can get the most people in the draft on a weekend. Post all your availabilities as well as your timezone and I'll try to get one that works for everyone. Otherwise, an offline draft maybe?
