Despite being a Victory supporter, I'm hoping for City to take out the title, if not them then Adelaide.
I think City (and Mooy for that matter) will really need to be at their best to beat Adelaide. City definitely have the stars up top to win a game on their own, and I think Mooy will be crucial here. Fornaroli depends a lot of Mooy feeding him, and is so much more dangerous when Mooy is on song too (Mooy's last game against the Reds wasn't his best, and their defense shut him down nicely). Wanderers and Roar will be a real dog fight. I don't think anyone expected them to finish 2nd and 3rd this season so I am not really fussed who wins (both have had recent success too).
It would be funny seeing City vs John Aloisi's Roar in the GF, considering how 'well' he went down there.
Bwahahaha! Choked again, and then kicked while they are down! http://www.news.com.au/sport/footba...l/news-story/f75aed6a8cab6a9a0e9ad696f58d43ea
Am I the only one who doesn't care about flares being lit? I think it adds to the game IMO. The broken seats are definitely unacceptable, though. Easily one of the best A-League matches I've seen in a while. I never would've expected over 50,000 fans to rock up to the Adelaide Oval. The fans just make the game that much more interesting.
Flares are bad for two reasons IMO. First, they present a fire hazard in a crowded area that is an unacceptable risk. Secondly, when some dickhead sets one off in front of me I can't see the game until the smoke clears.
I'm in the no flare group for similar reasons to what almango presented above, but I really hate the bleaters in the media who always report on them as "endangering people lives". Yes, I don't want them, and they are a nuisance, but I wouldn't say that they endanger lives. Example in this report, which also has a pic of the seat damage, which was also just dumb. http://www.triplem.com.au/sydney/sport/soccer/news/2016/5/wanderers-fans-wreck-adelaide-oval/
