    That is a class move.

Those Cubbies are not going anywhere. I would not be shocked to see these two teams battling out for the World Series again, if not next year some other year in the near future.

Can't go wrong with either Pitcher in game one in my mind.

This sets up Harvey for a possible game 7 which I think he would flourish in.

Nonsense. Harvey isn't going 3 times. Collins is doing the correct thing by sticking with his rotation as it was set up in the NLCS...

    Yup.
    The better team won.
But this was a great experience for the young pitchers. I hope the 2016 Mets can learn from this experience much like the young Royals in 2015 learned from their World Series experience.

If everyone can stay healthy and we add Wheeler and maybe stupid Mejia by mid season the Met's pitching staff could be even better.

Now we have to see what moves they make to help with hitting and fielding.

    Let's go Mets!

It's still pitching FTW. Mets are primed for a good run the next few years with those arms.

Dodgers made big improvements on D and got more OBP top to bottom but the result was the same. With another quality starter they could've gone deeper. Two big arms and one stopper = so-so results with teams 3 deep and a broad bullpen staff.

I just get images in my mind of the Braves who had all that pitching and only one World Series to show for it.

Good luck to the Dodgers. I usually root for them if the Mets are out of contention.
