Thus far, Spain has won every game by at least 16 points, the US has won every game by at least 21.

If the final isn't a showdown between these two teams, it will be an anti-climax.

happy for my country Lithuania :) very tough match vs New Zeland. Turkey is next. top4 for us would be great achievement without 2 great players.

So that's it for us. I'm a bit dissapointed. We could've reached the top 4 teams, if it weren't for that painfull fourth quarter against Lithuania. Spain and the USA are looking as the favourites atm, though Lithuania could surprise us. Anyway, Zoran Dragic has proved he's NBA ready and I hope he finds a team in America for this season.

it would be amazing if we would win against USA.. probably won't happening, but still we need to fight. Sad for Slovenia, great team, but you guys need couple good big players, it would be easier for brothers and Lorbek.

and of course Australia was the main reason for your team.. shame for them, but Turkey gave them a lesson, cause karma is a bitch.

Well we lost Nachbar and Erazem Lorbek hasn't played for the national team for a couple of years now. The problem is that besides Goran and Zoran we have no real talent to speak off. Five or more years back we had 3 or 4 players in the NBA, plus some were stars in Europe (Smodis, Nachbar, Vujacic). It just seems like the talent isn't there and I'm really worried what will happen, when the Dragic brother call is quits.
