Okay,Hennings play and Yamada is out (maybe on the bench). Other scenario. Sad for Yamada but hope KSC wins today
When they draw 0-0 Karlsruhe is going up, when they win Karslruhe is going up. When HSV wins, Hamburg stays in 1. league and when they draw 1:1 it is going to extra time. 2:2 or higher draw is letting HSV win relegation either. Karslruhe is has the best chances to reach the next stage but were a little bit with bad luck cause the hase incredible chances to score 1-2 more goals. 2 chances in a few seconds but they hit only the bar (2 times in a row) and 1 chacnes where they must get a clear penalty but Yabo from KSC only stumble a little bit...the referee wants to whistle cause he was thinking Yabo falls on the ground but he wants to fight for the ball and stays on his feet. Was very fair from Yabo but a clear penalty when he falls down, ymabe not the celverest thought when you look down, that you can go uo a league. No matters, a 1-1 is a great result for Karlsruhe, they played great and now its up to them. They have the best chances and I hope that Yamada can help.
In the 90 th minute they where in B1. But Hamburg scored in the 91 th and score another in overtime. Yamada played 72 minutes. Better luck next year. Wonder what happens now?
Anyone saw how the HSV-players celebrated in front of the Karlsruhe-player who missed that PK? Heiko Westermann (and Diekmeier i think) were up in his face and said something to him. That´s extremely low, and I´ve lost the little respect I had for Westermann. On the other hand, as a fan of Bundesliga, I prefer having a big club like HSV up there, even though there arent that many players ( if any) on their team I actually like..
Yeah, to some extent its nice, but for the league in general I think its better if the big clubs are up there, especially financially. To have a few underdogs doing well in the league is nice, but really, who wants to see the likes of Kofu and Montedio( Or in Germany´s case, Paderborn and Freiburg) play week in and week out ? Small clubs who are the number 1 reason why the average attendance in the league turns lower, and who play arguably the least attractive football of the teams in the league ( which is reflected in either goals scored or goal-average per game)?
Press says he has muscular issue in his thigh, usually used for short term problems. So he should be back soon.
I was hoping he was busy negotiating a contract with a 1.Bundesliga club. Pity he couldn't find a good 1.Bundesliga club to sign him.
Osako took a while to settle in but is now highly rated at Köln and a central part of the coach's plans. You think he'd be better off at the circus known as 1860?
I'm not that sure. Besides 1860 was almost relegated. As for Yamada, he really almost made it to Buli with his team, seems fair that he\they want another shot. If he puts on another good season, he'll have more options probably
KSC looks worse this season. Loose the first 2 games in the league and now they get a red card + 2 penaltys against them. 0-2 for the 5th league (Or 6th ? ) SSV Reutlingen in the cup now.
I don't think anyone expected a season as good during the last one, so... as for cup matches, they are a bit random, because the better team plays away from home. Which is why there are a lot of giant killings in DFB Pokal. Like Hoffenheim.
