Signed as a free transfer from Senshu University (he was in Marinos through JFA) until the 30th june of 2016 , will start on the 6th of january. He took part in this year's Universiade, where Japan got Bronze.

"Kazuki Nagasawa is an interesting prospect" said Jörg Jacobs, which I think is their Scout Chief.
"We are pleased that Kazuki has decided to transfer to Koln despite the other offers. In the next half year, he will acclimatize and get used to German football. "

Koln is currently #1 in 2.Bundesliga

If he plays 20 minutes every game I'll be happy

That seems hard to believe, he will also get in the middle of the season. Only thing he can do is prove that he is a real talent in training or when he plays with the U21 - Koln's site mentions that he could play with them too sometimes - and that would lead to a bigger role in the first team, even if they're in a delicate moment of the season, being first.

Shouldn't this guy be in the not so famous thread? I doubt he will get much playing time.

It was opened mainly because Koln will probably be in Bundesliga next year so if he gets some play it will be important.
We can't possibly know of course, but since he has a good contract until 2016, we can only hope.

huh I thought there was the sub button but actually there are no subs, sorry.
Anyway he's pretty much saying the expected, that things are new there, that he'll try to do his best for the japanese, especially because now he's in a different reality compared to university football.
    Good luck!

Dunno about Nagasawa, but Pak was born and raised in North Korea, where conditions must have been tough.

That's Basel's Pak right? He's a decent prospect. Sucks ass that he was recalled for the forward emergency by Basel, only to not actually going to be used, of course.

Yes. Not that you get many North Korean footballers in Europe anyway. ;) The only real North Korean talent there is and hopefully going back to Vaduz for the rest of the season will help him.

Anyhoo, back to Nagasawa, @Dax are there any indications of how much game time he is going to get?

Oh I didn't know he was going back there, nice.

About Kazuki, unsure, if I were able to write in german I could stalk the web to see if the coach said anything about him but I can't...

Seriously Gordon you gotta slow down on the questions, we don't have the answers for everything that is happening on this planet. We're mere fans, just like you.
