How did we play, any bright spots on the team.

Just saw the highlights, looks like we only had on chance on gol.

For me, bright spots were teh fact we kept up with them physically. Our kids were big, fast, but still lacked a goal, which IMO would have opened things up between us and them.

The Pontons kid looks interesting, same goes with the outsider kids who are in spain. You could tell they are a tad' bit better than their bolivian counterparts.

Justiniano from Bolivar too almost would have had a great goal had he not over ran it.

I think we only had two chances of goal in the whole game... against 20 for Chile...

Chile was clearly superior, and seemed to have the momentum from their previous game going for them. Bolivia showed some jitters, but did not look that bad as they had 2 or 3 clear chances on goal. I think they are undercoached in my opinion, but I agree with a previous post...they finally look fast, strong and physically well developed.

I am starting to like those Walon jerseys...

All i saw was a lot of mistakes, not very many consecutive team pass play, a lot of childish mistakes losing the ball and a much faster, quicker chilean side.
I am all against the whole 3 man backline, it's just too defensive and not enough offensive to win against any decent squad.

I like Viscarra, but both the goals were his fault basically... hope he doesn't get as nervous in the next two games. Defense still sucks, but a little better than the previous game... I like Azogue, Vaca, and Bejarano in the middle but Pontons still way to alone up top... First half was pretty good for us, to many mistakes in the second half... Next game against Colombia is gonna be extremely tough.

PS: Man of the match for me was Azogue, he managed the timings well specially in the first half.

Yes. Azogue was good. Is there any chance we qualify? Will we have to win out the remaining games?

We've only played 2 games out of 4, so our chances are still live and well. Unlike the other teams that have played 3 already, for us it fully depends on us and whether we play well and win these matches against Colombia tomorrow and against Paraguay thursday.

I'm watching it on Bein, first half over Colombia leading 1-0

However the first half was very balanced, lets hope we have a better second half...Vaca getting injured so early hurted us :/

    NEVERMIND

after watching the first 10 minutes of the second half, I had enough.

This 3 man backline is shit! Too defensive and nowhere near offensive to score. One through ball and its game over.
This Bolivia squad is good, I just feel that the wrong formation was/is being used. Azkargorta I thought you saw that in that 1-6.

Our poor boys are getting man handled, Viscarra has great reaction but positioning is complete shit.

It seemed as if they got a red card in the second half because all the balls were going through the defense. The golie's positioning was awful, 3 goals were on him the other three just poor defending. They can keep posetion of the ball for more than 3 passes. Someone here mentioned the coach, and when the balls were going through so often, you change up and bring another defender, he didnt react in any way.

Their defensive line was TERRIBLE. They tried to push a higher line....but often times would screw themselves giving the colombian offense the ability to beat our guys with through balls as our line would push up. 2-3 goals came frmo that..... terrible stuff. Our boys gave up after the 2-3rd goal.

Colombia beats Argentina (I would think they will), and we put our collective sh$t together and beat Paraguay and we are in. The is no other way now.
