True, Corinthians beat Chelsea at CWC. An anemic chelsea but still.

The player ill be looking for is Ricardo Vaca, he plays like a 10 and is not afraid to play down the center.
Sucks about Suarez because he's a strong wing and we need that.

I like the formation (5-4-1, 5-3-2) we are playing and hope our laterales play well

Did anyone see this article. If this is true we are already getting bad news. It does not seem fair to me. why should 2 of our players be suspended because they got 2 yellow cards in the u17 tournament 2 years ago? It sounds ridiculous to me, they do this kind of crap to make easy on teams that dont need the help. Then again it could be fiction because I didnt see anything about it in other sites.

Two key chilean players got a red last night, both very dubious red cards, and one down right unfair to the player. This, however means they will not be able to line up against Bolivia, which is good for us.
Chile looked really good, though. They should have won by at least three goals.

Let's hope our boys do better than Argentina.

And Pontons is suspended for this game due to 2 yellow cards from the U17 tourney 2 years ago!

So for this game I would say:

Azogue, Vaca, and Paniagua would be our best 3. and our keeper (Viscarra) is pretty decent too.

    Cheers

Great news guys! Pontons and Áñez will be able to play today!!! Conmebol checked FIFA rules on the matter and they will play today! (just like a suspended Peruvian player in the same matter played yesterday!) :)

Damn, so far Chile is dominating... if it wasn't for Viscarra it could be easily 2-0, or 3-0! Lets hope we have a better second half, maybe its time to make some changes...

Viscarra.... deserves to play for the MENS national team. What a KEEPER! No matter the score line.

Our boys played well. Scoreline should have only been 1-0 for them. We had some chances, scraped the post in the end. We got to keep fighting.

Nothing to be mad about, Chile is IMO the best team so far. We need to fight Paraguay and Colombia to make it through. Argentina too, as they will take our heads off no matter how bad tehy've been doing.

Viscarra was pretty good, Other than Paniagua all other defenders suck major balls! Azogue and Bejarano were ok in the middle(Silva sucked), Pontons was way to alone and got hit all game long (horrible ref.) Vaca didn't play enough to judge him, but should play up top with Pontons maybe they can do better together.

Viscarra played well, but he needs to be more vocal with the players. However, by far the best player last night, but what does that say about your team when you best player is the Gkeeper?
By far Paniagua looked like he knew what to do and how to play his position. the rest in no mans land.

How many times did Bolivia salio con pelota dominando de atras???

I would have rather seen the baldivieso kid instead of R. Silva (silva lacks speeds... I know last year he had a good run on the free kicks...)But Silva sucks ass big time.

Pontons an island up front with no help.... I agree that Vaca and Pontons should have played together up front, since we wanted to tied the game.

lets hope for a better result next game... jijijijij
