The sixth and final edition of the Rugby World Cup Sevens, to be held at the Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow, Russia from June 28 – June 30, 2013. The International Rugby Board (IRB) has stated that the Rugby World Cup Sevens will be scrapped if rugby sevens were to be included in the Olympic programme for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which was eventually approved by the International Olympic Committee.

Terrible draw for the US, but I take Pool B as my Group of Death as each of them have a chance to advance. The Philippines might give Samoa a hard time in Pool C. Hong Kong in Pool F might not stand a chance against Argentina and Portugal. Previous champs Fiji will also have to face previous champs Wales.
