Time for a lot of french league players to back their bags and head south as the ACN 2013 is kicking off this week-end, fewer player leaving than usually as Senegal didn't make it but still over 50 players leaving France for the championship.

    Cape Verde:
    Nando (Châteauroux)
    Júlio Tavares (Dijon)
    Ryan Mendes (Lille)

    Abdelhamid El Kaoutari (Montpellier)
    Younès Belhanda (Montpellier)
    Kamel Chafni (Brest)
    Chahir Belghazouani (AC Ajaccio)

    Ghana:
    Jonathan Mensah (Evian)
    John Boye (Rennes)
    Mohammed Rabiu (Evian)

    Mali:
    Mamadou Samassa (Guingamp)
    Adama Coulibaly (Auxerre)
    Ousmane Coulibaly (Brest)
    Fousseni Diawara (AC Ajaccio)
    Molla Wague (Caen)
    Mohamed Sissoko (PSG)
    Mahamane Traoré (Metz)
    Samba Sow (Lens)
    Mohamed Kalilou Traoré (Sochaux)
    Sambou Yatabaré (Bastia)
    Sigamary Diarra (AC Ajaccio)
    Cheick Diarra (Rennes)
    Cheick Diabate (Bordeaux)
    Mana Dembele (Clermont)

    Congo DR:
    Cédric Mongongu (Evian)

    Burkina Faso:
    Germain Sanou (Saint-Etienne)
    Bakary Koné (Lyon)
    Charles Kaboré (Marseille)
    Jonathan Pitroipa (Rennes)
    Djakaridja Koné (Evian)
    Alain Traoré (Lorient)

    Côte d'Ivoire:
    Ismaël Traoré (Brest)
    Salomon Kalou (Lille)
    Max Gradel (Saint-Etienne)
    Daniel Yeboah (Dijon)
    Siaka Tiéné (PSG)

    Tunisia:
    Aymen Abdennour (Toulouse)
    Wahbi Khazri (Bastia)
    Saber Khelifa (Evian)

    Algeria:
    Mehdi Mostefa (AC Ajaccio)
    Ryad Boudebouz (Sochaux)
    Carl Medjani (AC Ajaccio)
    Foued Kadir (Marseille)
    Faouzi Ghoulam (Saint-Etienne)
    Raïs M'Bolhi (Gazélec-Ajaccio)

    Togo:
    Komlan Amewou (Nimes)
    Floyd Ayité (Reims)
    Jonathan Ayité (Brest)
    Prince Segbefia (Auxerre)
    Alaixys Romao (Lorient)
    Kossi Agassa (Reims)
    Serge Gakpé (Nantes)
    Kalen Damessi (Lille)
    Baba Tchagouni (Dijon)

    Teams worst hit:
Evian, relegation battling team, losing five players all who have appeared in 10+ games for them in the league,
Brest, another team losing five players, but only Kantari is a starter.
AC Ajaccio, sending five players, four of them starters to the tournament, big hit.

For other teams, Bastia sending Khazri and Yattabare is a lot of creativity in the midfield gone missing, Pitroipa and Boye are decent losses for Rennes and Boudebouz & Belhanda are two 'star' players for the respective teams (though to be fair both have been sort of mediocre this season). Traore for Lorient, even though he has cooled down a bit from his early season form.

Surprsing to me the Corsican teams have that many African players. Then again they are low budget teams and African players are cheap so...
