Rhino's are a good team with some prior MLS players on their team. Not much of a surprise but I could see the Union losing this one. I have no idea where Nowak's head is at, nor do I know the direction of this team right now. It's just a sad state of affair's.

What kind of line-up do you all expect? Who are 5 non-internationals are gonna be? Should be interesting. At least all of our goalkeepers count as US...

I won't be surprised if Rowe is in net for us tomorrow considering MacMath, Harrison, and Konopka are all in some way banged up.

What did Nowak and Valdes do in the last US Open Cup match to get suspended?

I've been trying to think but of a possible line-up but I can't come up with anything.

I think the Union might actually win this one. But have more trouble than they should.

Who will be on the back line tonight other than Williams? Is Gaddis healthy? Can Albright play? Is LaHoud really cut out for RB? Are Garfan and Marfan really suited for back line work? Is Jordan ready to step up? Is there enough confidence in Hernandez? Will Carroll or Okugo move back to CB? Will Williams dribble into traffic rather than clear at the 18 while everyone else watches only to have Gaddis whiff?

So many questions and so few answers. This has disaster written all over it.

The problem with Okugo at CB is that he always has one bad challenge in him a match. If he's a D-Mid, this happens outside the box. As a CB it could end up being a penalty. I still hope he gets the nod this evening though.

And therein lies the problem: hoping that someone unreliable plays out of position.

    I wouldn't say unreliable, more like over-exuberant.

Even we can't lose to a USL side.

    Union win 2-0.

I predict that the makeshift back line will be exposed over and over again by Rochester. We'll lose this one 2-1 or possibly 3-1. The Rhinos have a good squad considering they are a USL-Pro team. Right now I have zero confidence in this team's ability to anything correctly.

That's a preseason match where the goal is to work on fitness. It doesn't mean anything.

Am I the only person that believes that we won't lose to a USL side in a match that counts for something? I mean, I know we're terrible, and all, but that's like saying that one of the worst teams in baseball would lose to a AAA team in a meaningful game. There actually is a gulf in quality, and we're better physically and technically. If those players were any good, they'd be in MLS.

Have a little bit of faith.

Now you're just moving the goal posts. :p

We can, and have, lost to a USL side. Oh, and it was their first-ever game too, btw.

Faith has been sent to the left coast in exchange for Al O'Cayshun.

all depends on whether the team/coaching staff consider this a "real game"

That would be very nice. Don't see him as that bad, it's always good to have a natural defender in there..
