Good signing. Sallieu is a great forward and will get goals. He's one of the reasons we won in 2008.

I was going to post that Davion comes from the same club as Dane Kelly and the 3 Jamaicans we now have on the squad will probably form a nice partnership but noticed we haven't re-signed Dane yet.......is that true or he has but just hasn't been announced?

I am pretty sure Dane is coming back and he just hasn't been announced.

I'm also hearing some rumors that would make me a happy camper if they come true

    2 Mark Wiltse D 6-0 160 5/29/1988 Belle Mead, NJ

Interesting I see Sanyang name listed but I haven't seen an official announcement

anyhow that gives us 18 on the roster.

Add in the three guys from Jamaica, (Dane Kelly, Navion Boyd, and Dino Williams) and two others I have heard about that would bring the roster up to 23 players.

I feel pretty good about this group of players and think this will be a pretty good year.

not a signing, but I see we loaned you back Dykstra for two games :) Good for him to get some minutes and why not do it where he's already comfortable. I am guessing that "for two games" it was requested by The Bat'ry.

I heard a rumor this might happen.

Alex Kann who seemed to be set to be our #1 keeper picked up an injury in preseason. not sure how long he is out but that leaves us just one keeper, Kevin Klaslia who paid against DC in the CCC)

having Dykstra back will be great as we had to get a loaner keeper for last weekends match against Richmond Kyle Polak from Wilmington who luckily didn't start their season until this week!)

Dusty Huddock was on the bench in Richmond as well but not dressed (he is now the Battery goal keeper coach)
