Rutgers http://www.scarletknights.com/soccer-men/news/release.asp?prID=11517#.T16UeDEgeSo Bradley http://www.bradleybraves.com/ViewAr...513&DB_LANG=C&ATCLID=205396370&DB_OEM_ID=3400
Quietly excellent class last year, some higher profile talent this year. Donigan's Rutgers seems to be on its way.
Marshall http://www.herdzone.com/sports/m-soccer/spec-rel/031412aaa.html The only CUSA program that hasn't announced is FIU, but I think Kenny deserves a bit of a grace period there.
Pitt http://www.pittsburghpanthers.com/sports/m-soccer/spec-rel/031512aaa.html I'd be curious to know if the impending move to the ACC helped their recruiting.
Can only speak for the PA kid. The answer would be apparently not. He is not on his DA team as a DP or FT. He doesn't even practice with the team. I'm not sure you get better in the BE or ACC through the level of talent he has displayed thus far. But again, that accounts for only one kid.
http://www.valpoathletics.com/msocc...occer-announces-five-more-additions-for-2012/ Valpo adds five more recruits and announces, "We are so excited for the future of our program."
The UCI "Eaters" signing release: http://www.ucirvinesports.com/sports/m-soccer/2011-12/releases/201203239pidlw
The last three coaches above also "excited", guess the masses want one coach to announce a class with "the recruits are just ok" or "we took whatever was left".
Wake adds an interesting one. http://www.wakeforestsports.com/sports/m-soccer/spec-rel/032712aaa.html
Very interesting. He's supposed to be very good, though he'll obviously be one of the youngest players in college soccer. Curious to see how long he stays. Also curious that he opted for training with Wake rather than DCU's academy for the next year.
Reed Hukari from UCLA to Denver http://www.denverpioneers.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=18600&ATCLID=205404543
Probably a smart move for him. The Bruins return all but LB Shawn Singh from their backline so he probably wasn't gonna play much. At 6-7, there's little doubt he has the size to play CB effectively, but does he have the pace and soccer smarts to get him in the right position and the ball skills to do enough with the ball once he wins it? His pedigree suggests he does. Not starting at UCLA doesn't mean he's a bad player - plenty of good talent struggles to play at UCLA and the incumbent Bruins starting backs (Matt Wiet, Joe Sofia, Pat Matchett) will likely end up in MLS. BTW, with that last name I'd have sworn he was Japanese-American. Guess I'm a little too narrow minded.

DePaul http://www.depaulbluedemons.com/sports/m-soccer/spec-rel/033012aab.html UNC Asheville http://www.uncabulldogs.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=92306&SPID=11164&ATCLID=205406070&DB_OEM_ID=19200 And in case you're curious, yes, both coaches are "excited" about these recruits!
They've added three more recruits. http://www.gotigersgo.com/sports/m-soccer/spec-rel/033012aaa.html Walking on in Memphis?
http://www.msnsportsnet.com/page.cfm?sport=msoccer&story=21026 West Virginia adds an interesting Londoner.
