Looks like the club is getting good value on almost everyone. Keep in mind that some salaries are offset by the DP, homegrown, etc. rules as well as allocation money.

Meara, Barklage, Ruthven, and Lade are steals.

Lindpere got a much deserved raise. About 90,000 if I recall.

One could argue that Ballouchy is overpriced.

No real sticker shock on any of the guys, at least nothing like when we were paying Salou Ibrahim almost 300k back in 2010...

Exactly. I believe it took some money to sign Conde from Atlas, too.

Rookie contracts are a beautiful thing! For the team at least... sucks for Meara.

No real surprises for me here. Maybe Conde's salary. I thought that might've been higher.

I have idea of that, but all is a semantic confusion that out side the authorities of the team no body know for sure what the hell is going on, and will be nice if we where entered of this things, because some times we hurry the authorities of the team to do this and that, with out knowing the money situation that they are going through......

Yeah but Voulu is a bit older and has international experience, Meara is straight out of Fordham which isn't exactly known as a soccer powerhouse.

How does Marquez earn more than Landycakes, Keane and Beckham?

    Players that earn over $1M:

    Kris Boyd (POR)
    Danny Koevermans (TFC)
    Torsten Frings (TFC)
    Julian DeGuzman (TFC)
    David Beckham (LAG)
    Landon Donovan (LAG)
    Robbie Keane (LAG)
    Thierry Henry (NYR)
    Rafael Marquez (NYR)

Meanwhile, no one on RSL earns over $500k, the max salary on KC is $255k, Freddy Montero earns $750k and Chris Wondolowski earns $300k.

Hertzog is a free meal and I bet that next year when RBNY have to take over his salary they will waive him.....That is why Backe don't give him a chance to play.... Now, if we compare the production of McCarty with the one of Marquez, he isn't overpay.... The statue and Ballouchy definitely they don't have any business staying on the RBNY, and now that we have Conde, Pearce and Ruthven who can play the spot, forget it, send Holgerson back to his country and Ballouchy, now here we have a problem, he have not country where to go...

We will have a lot of hard times in the next half of the season, playing with 10 men game after game we will loose more games than the winners and Ties together,,,,and the chance to be champions here and there forget it.....Because with Crapita in is like playing with 10 or less players, first, because he is playing crap and make the players around him, play crap also....

Dax has easily been top 5 midfielders in MLS this season, you really think he's overpaid? 175k isn't exactly a bank breaker even by MLS standards.

Relatively speaking of course, I agree that Ballouchy (even though he's been good this season) and Holgersson a tad on the high side. Dax has earned it this season.

Hertzog is on a GA contract so those salaries are always inflated and he doesn't count against the cap so whatever.

Dax, now that Crapa is back at def mid will be once again a mdeiocre center mid until he goes to bench when we get new DP. At def mid he's earned it but we all know Crapa will be at that position as Backless must play him there.

Now you are talking, the same has happen with a bunch of our youngsters included Agudelo, that Backe with the excuse last year that want to win the cup and win a shit don't give him a chance, if Backe will play Agudelo last year full season at this time he will be the first striker in RBNY...And McCarty because CRAPITA is the big BOSS over the midfielder and every body have to do what he say and of course he make crap in every play and for consequence the rest have to play shit, but will be not Crapita foul, no way, and the rest of the players will take the blame like always.....

The only players that are over payed in my eyes is Ballouchy and Tainio. Sucks that Tainio has injury problems because he's a damn good player when healthy, but he becomes a liability with his salary. Imo Ballouchy is worth half of his salary, I think we can easily find someone to replicate his role, which is the energy spark off the bench. I also think we should try to see if we can get anything for Keel, although he's a solid player for his price he's just not needed with Pearce, Conde, Hulk, Ruthven being better options.

If we can get rid of Tainio, Ballouchy and Keel in the off-season we can save around 400k, money that can be spent to add more depth to an already solid squad or to keep some of our guys.

We can't terminate Tainio if he is in the DL and I think he will for the rest of the season, but if they activate him before the season end, they can waive him before the year end.....

Beside Tainio, I'm seeing Miller, Ballouchy, Keel and Solli depart too.... With the coming of the CAM next month, Lindpere have to go back to the LW not a choice here. ....And the Midfielder with the coming of the CAM will be to crowded consequently Miller, Ballouchy, Keel will become a surplus and Solli since Barklage will take his spot and have not room for him as a Midfielder or Defender, keep him as a sub with $185K salary is to expensive and a no, no in MLS so, I think that him too is a goner....I say this last week and some body call me names for that, but this is what is going on and maybe the only alternative, Because is proved for five consecutive victories that Marquez, Tainio, Solli, Miller and Keel are not needed to win, at the contrary, the first game they back and the first game they play, we stop winning....

We have to big problems so: 1.- what to do with Marquez and, and ....2.- what will happen with McCarty... McCarty like Solli if a CAM is signed $195K is to expensive to play on the bench......
