fofana good game, malbranque back in rhythm, alex too, rvr excellent, remy there when needed... and gomis a beast. it was so easy to get the ball to him that a few passes got sloppy, but he vacuumed everything up anyway. gonalons put in a lot of good work too, but he's th eplayer who's been the most consistent anyway. basically a great match by a team eager to show last week was an accident and that there are no real motivation or locker room problems.
Lyon looked like the better team out there vs Ajaccio i must say Gourcuff,Lacazette and Reveillere looked great that ref hitting Lovren was insane ! bad luck i guess....
bad luck? sigh... right up until the equalizer things were fine. practically as expected. a goal disallowed but hey, s... happens. then finally we get the game opened up and what happens? a foul by ghezzal to give a free kick to a team that had little chance to get anything else going, a great save by vercoutre, and then bisevac makes four five mistakes on one play 1) too lackadaisical getting to a ball he should have had easily, 2) takes a risky option once he puts himself under pressure 3) executes badly 4) doesn't go after the winger who has the ball 5) doesn't go out on the shooter. for 10 seconds during which he's the most important player on the pitch he decides to phone it all in (dommage, since outside that he was OK) so then we have to start ALL OVER AGAIN. except now the momentum is against us. except that on a lame cross hoofed into our box lovren goes to sleep. down 2-1 anything can happen... you can call not getting the draw on bafé's blocked péno bad luck but all in all it's one of those games like nice (giving up two goals in stoppages) where you just wanna go down to tola monday morning and burn the place down.
Yea that was disastrous, at home too. I'm less worried about PSG and more about how this well affect the team mentally. This could make them give up hope as being a legitimate title contender and it will be downhill from here.
well, it's been three days, so now i'm finally calmed down enough to make a comment : AAARRGGGGHHH!!!
oh, i'm getting there. with the passing years i've developed a philosophical atti... AAAAARRGGGGGGGGGGHHH!!! sorry, catch me tomorrow.
now THAT'S just what the doctor ordered! 4-0 against Bordeaux in Bordeaux. Grenier with a great match and a brace. Lacazette still on fire and he even moved to striker when Gomis came off in the second half. Laca scored with a nice left footed shot. But the goal of the day came from a missile off of Fofana's boot that deserves to be the goal of the week. unfortunately Lisandro is still in his funk and failed to impress but his replacement, Ghezzal, looked very lively and appears to be improving with every outing. At this rate Licha could lose his starting spot soon.
