Well, this time last year I was watching our game against Frankfurt in a bar only a couple of hundred metres from the Westfalenstadion. Partied hard, met new friends from all across Europe, felt a little sick the next day. Good times. While I might be roughly 10,000 miles away this time around, doesn't make this any less of a day of celebration for me, and one I'm no less keen on seeing capped off with another victory. Do we get a trophy for this points record? No, but until anyone comes along to break it, we'd be able to say we accumulated the largest haul of points in the history of the Bundesliga. Oh, and we'd also get another win to keep up momentum heading into the Pokal Finale. Want those 3 points today. For anyone planning on checking in throughout the match, see you in an hour!

4-0 to BVB, and it's our Polish connection once again, Kuba gets his second. Suspect there might be one or two more in us....

If BVB score another goal it would be their 81st of the season which would be the highest amount scored by a club in one season since Bayern scored 83 goals in 1987-88.

did not catch a game as i had to run to the office...just saw the highlights...lewa's first goal was pure class....
22 goals in bl...no pk's..played every game..there is a reason why i rated him to be one of the polish exports since Boniek when we signed him
    now let's get that double

I'm impressed with Lewandowski too! Previous year and this year at the start I was getting frustrated with him, how wrong I was.

No one will miss Barrios for sure.

I am impressed with Leandowski too, but will miss Lucas. We play CL. We will need a second very good striker and I don't think that it would be easy to find one (Who, from the begiinning on, knows that he will not be part of the first team!)....

******** Zorc&co will get one. I'm thinking about Petric, he's a free agent now. And if miracously Kagawa stays, Perisic would be a substitute for Lewandowski.

    We'll be fine without Barrios.

You don't even need Petric. You have Lewandowski, Perisic and Reus who can all play that role just fine. And a young Duksch waiting in line.

what? neither Petric or Reus have played the lone striker role....those two will only play in an emergency role...ideally we would like to keep barrios AND kagawa for CL ...if you expect to go deep in CL...you need two strikers than can score at any time ...YOU NEED A DEEP SQUAD that is rotated throughout the year

    yup ...two things
Lewa proved himself to be the class of BL...bright things ahead for the lad
second..we need a second striker..a poacher...we cannot possibly expect for Lewa to play every game again...second proven striker is essential
