Last qualifier on home soil this year, against FIFA-153rd ranked Tajikistan. According to media reports, Zac likely to play 4-2-3-1 with Kengo behind the lone striker. Too bad I can't watch it
At this point probably it's important that Zac gets to look at as many players as he can, so I see this as a positive. I think Kengo still has something to offer to the NT. Sooner or later though, Japan has to come up with a plan B away from 4-2-3-1, when things go awry.
I'm glad Zac is trying out 3-4-3 from time-to-time. If (come 3 years time) we can go from one to the other quickly then that will be brilliant.
[LINEUP-4-5-1]Lee, Kagawa, Okazaki, Endo, Kengo, Hasebe, Nagatomo, Konno, Yoshida, Komano, Kawashima[/LINEUP-4-5-1] With Endo and Okazaki fit again, I guess this is probably the starting line-up. Except for injuries/exhaustion I only see attacking subtitutions happening like Havenaar for Lee, Fujimoto/Haraguchi for either Kengo/Okazaki with Kagawa moving to the center.
I predict a hard game, maybe similar to the one against NK. Normal, usual parking the bus strategy. I hope Kengo and Yatto will have their day tomorrow. Okazaki also started normal training and that's good news.
Last home game aye? Things will just get harder from this point on. This needs to be a trashing, we need the confidence back!
Interesting. I'm so excited to see Kengo at AM. Havenaar Kagawa---Nakamura---Okazaki Endo---Hasebe Nagatomo---Yoshida---Konno---Komano Kawashima Konno wasn't all that good last game. Not bad, but made a crucial error in giving the ball away which would've been punished by a better striker.
North Korea is a much better team than Tajikistan, TJK only made it to this round because Syria were thrown out. Any link that is not justin tv, after some time it tells me to buy a premium account if want to continue watching
Where i said that Japan isn't better than NK? Just wanted to say that it is easier to make chances against Tajikistan than against North Korea.
Watching Kengo is fun, and I like the job he's doing at linking lines. But he's definitely not the most clinical lad infront of goal. 2-0 Okazaki!!!
