They've usually been on Setanta the last few seasons. Aren't they going to be on FSC+?

Yeah me too, nobody ever screens them in Australia. Pretty poor since the final of the playoffs is billed as the most lucerative football match in the world.

We have an eccentric millionaire who lives in Sydney, who always buys the Australian TV rights to the playoffs whenever West Ham is in them. He usually hires out a club or hall or something and shows them via satellite on a projector.

Dish's guide last night listed the Saturday game is on FoxSoccer+ (which is the one that I want most to see anyway). Hopefully the second leg will also be shown.

Blackpool came from behind to beat Nottingham Forest 2-1 at Bloomfield Road in the first leg of their Championship play-off semi-final.

A stunning free-kick from Peter Whittingham ensured it is advantage Cardiff City at the halfway stage of their Championship play-off semi-final with Leicester.
It was a tight affair that ensued at the Walkers Stadium before Whittingham's perfectly executed free-kick 12 minutes from time, which caught Chris Weale unawares at his near post.

Bad news, ESPN 360 has changed their programming and todays match will no longer be shown, but the Cardiff-Leicester match will once again be shown on ESPN360 tomorrow. Who did we piss off in Bristol Connecticut to warranty no Forest playoff matches for US viewers??

Prediction 2-0 and onto the finals!!

    Come on You Reds!

DJ Campbell rocks Blackpool into final

    Campbell was Blackpool's hat-trick hero

A stunning hat-trick from DJ Campbell inspired Blackpool to a 4-3 victory over Nottingham Forest to hand the Seasiders a shot at winning promotion to the Premier League following a breathless play-off second leg at the City Ground

Gutted is how I feel right about now. The fortress of City Ground evaporated with the second Blackpool goal and it was all downhill from there. If Davies sticks around for next year Forest will not need the playoffs to climb back to the EPL instead they will win the promotion outright!!

Never thought we'd have been in the playoffs for promotion at the start of the season so that is a surprise but finishing third and losing to a sixth place team hurts bad!

    Come on U Reds!!

Hate the fact that a. my internet doesn't allow espn 360 and setanta shut down for that Fox soccer plus before fox soccer plus was available to more than a few satellite services and not most cable services.

I caught the final between Blackpool and Cardiff on ESPN3.com. What a game!!! So glad I was able to watch. The Championship and bits of League 1 and 2 need to be shown on television more. These games are passionate and hard not to love. Then, I could see my Hornets more than just once a year if I'm lucky.
