I bet they'll go for Gonda, if FCT goes down.

He is mistakes-prone, just like Fujigaya. But that would be a great addition.
Anyway, thanks for all these news Samurai, greatly appreciated, keep 'em coming.

He (21) is also 8 years younger than Fujigaya (29)! ;)

As a 'keeper that's more an argument against Gonda than for him... Fujigaya is just reaching peak age for a 'keeper and has valuable experience to boot. I'd prefer for Gamba to try and find a more reliable man to put between the sticks though.

Gamba already has four 'keepers though... might need to get rid of one first. :p

    Hello to everyone!
Russian newspaper Sport-Express wrote about interest from Locomotiv Moscow to Shimizu's Shinji Okazaki. Does anybody of you read something about it in japanese press?

Just the Russian news was reported.
But I see it as believable.

    Why not?

Damn! Will the Sanfrecce players be pissed off like they were with Kashiwagi?

Oh well. Perhaps Grampus will let us have Chiyotanda. Wouldn't mind Aoyama from Shimizu, either.

That's what I was thinking. Another year with two fantasista, Kashiwagi and Marcio ? On the other hand, that's not the kind of player you're sad to watch playing ...

I can understand it in one way, because he might reignite the partnership with Edmilson, but fixing our defensive problems should be the absolute top priority.

I don't get it. Surely our club has a good enough scouting network that, if we do need to bring in another foreigner, we could get a diamond in the rough from somewhere else and make them into a new J. League star.
Then again, that was the idea of signing Faisal.
There are plenty of other players in the J. League that we should be targeting before we chase someone like Marcio Richardes. Not that he's a bad player, but I'm sure you all get that.

Besides the fact that he has turned Reds down already (and rather bluntly) last december

I can see Kashima going for Pedro Junior because of Marquinho's retirement after this season.

Either him or they'll get another Brazilian from Brazil.
