No doubt Auxerre will fail , then we'll only have two french teams in the main stages of the CL .

Győri ETO FC vs Montpellier HSC kicking off tonight at 20:30 CET.

A 0-1 or 0-2 away win would be nice.

Giroud seems to be a star in the making and Montpellier is the perfect place for him to jump start his career.

I'm not surprised. They would have lost in the next round anyway. They are not equipped to handle Europe.

I'm surprised . Thought they could've finished the business off at home after the first leg 0-1 victory . Especially against a 10 man team ..

Agree that they probably would've been knocked out in the next round though . Nearly all the seeded teams they could've been paired with are strong .

Hmmmm. I think I would very surprised if Lille lost. PSG-MTA is 50/50 only because you dont know if PSG will show up at its full potential. Auxerre is done I think. Zenit have a much higher budget and they are 15 games into their season and its very hard to gain when playing in Russia.

Yeah Auxerre is pretty much up against it .

Also they are really behind in preperation compared to Zenit , who are like in half a season in their league .

Auxerre almost equalised with hitting the crossbar .

Le Tallec had a good chance just before that . Auxerre are having a good moment here .

Well since half time Auxerre has created 3 really good chances but no goals .

They need to be taking the chances because Zenit will have a good moment before the game ends .
