Vertseeg's goal should of counted. It wasn't a high stick as he touched the puck at the cross bar level. The only way that's a high stick is if he directed it into the net, but he brought it down first so it should be at shoulder level. So, technically that's a goal. But, these things happens in games...refs fk up all the time. Rolly has our number...think last year he stopped a good 60 shots against us. He made some great saves last night. Credit to NYI and the Leafs thus far in the season...the two worst teams in the league last year are among the best so far.

Florida is quick around the net and does a good job of crashing it... this should be a rest night for Rick... or so I hope.
