nice DCU Jersey, too much white though along the shoulders and below the side ribs. a nice collar would be nice too.. like the design though

Not everything is on the internet.

In any case, look at the current teams with shirt sponsors, it's self-apparent. They are all white, black, and/or in team colors. This is why you will never see a yellow best buy tag on a Fire shirt; in fact, it's why they use the plain lettering and not the tag.

I'd love to have such a gold/blue kit which should be their primary...., don't mind the supplier. the sponsor logo should be better blended in with the shirt colors tough.

Did the title of the thread change to "Design Your Own MLS Kits" while I wasn't looking? When we do get some news about the other teams that will be getting new kits in 2009, we'll probably have to put it in a new thread, because it'd just be buried under the off-topic BS in this thread.

Apparently the new red bull kits will include grey. Can someone throw together a blue kit that would incorporate grey instead of white?

I love the supersized MLS/US FLag Patches, the Saunders one seem huge too.

way to go with number 7 btw.

nice that the sponsor doesn't look out of place with the colors and the design and not too bold/flashy font.

i heard this somewhere too. it will look more like the uni's that the Red Bull teams wear in other sports (i.e. racing, etc)

It's the same source, Onionbag.com, the owner of which hates Red Bull. The whole blog entry was tounge-in-cheek, it's actually sad that people took it as truth.

They are a club and they play an athletic endeavor. How are they not an athletic club?
